kira isn't interested in TJ, other then her need to get back at Buffy. she's a street smart girl from a different hood then the andi mack kids. where she comes from, girls settle disputes with fists and the boys definitely don't hug each other and show affection.
i think her original intention was to flirt with TJ as her way to get on his team.
then, the door of opportunity opened, when she she saw TJ light up like the christmas tree at rockefeller center, when Cyrus arrived and showed, unabashed affection to each other, she assumed that she knew what was going on.
if tyrus was "out" and an official couple, she would have heard about it at school. so she quickly hatched, plan B ! she "gay shamed" TJ. all she wants is revenge and to put buffy in her place. she doesn't care who she hurts along the way. now she sees a way to get on the team and maybe take over as captain.
it's called, "emotional blackmail"
i feel bad for cyrus, but worse for TJ. at least cyrus knows who he is. poor TJ is totally confused and conflicted..kira "the wicked witch of the west, cut TJs nuts off.

have you noticed, that the writers, tend to make almost all the girls on the show, on the mean side? i hate the way, all of them use the guys, like disposable diapers and reusable napkins.
the boys are all soft and gentle.
i've said this many times before, if any of the boys, including walker and marty, were questioning there sexual identity, the andi mack girls would be behind them pushing them over the fence. hahaha!!
