Jake, you are a lucky son of a gun. Nope, it's not all the hot bikes in your shed. I just wish I had a wife/gf who was OCD about dirt bikes. Also, I loved the mods but I'm not really convinced such a light bike needs those bendy bars so high up. Might put them on my XRV 750 marathon because it is really heavy when I fill up the tanks and it's significantly higher than stock.
I just picked up a 1998 XR600R last week. Was curious if you run the stock gearing? Also are the Flex bars any higher than the factory bars and do you run risers? Last question what wider foot pegs are you running?
It's going on their website today or tomorrow. But even if you don't see it on the website they can hit it for you period just call them and tell them you want what Jake's got.
Some mods that are common for hard uses, and glad to see that the suspensions are sufficient for racing (as I said to my mates: XR's got the best OEM suspension system) , but some loose bolts on sprocket are not serious man ! Even I agree about this part of the bike is the XR's weakness, as there is no "shocks hub" for the rear wheel. Wow, here in France, never seen a bar as yours... at its time, just use some Renthal as usual, and they were enough sufficient on my 600XR (mostly used for long lasting trips on dust, sand and gravels roads)

As I am not so familiar with the XRs, are the stock hubs rigid, too? Or do they have damping elements between the actual hub ans the sprocket carrier? That would explain the weight difference and also the additional perceived flex. Not sure the bike could be ridden on road as a dual sport bike with the Warp 9 hubs.
