I started this process like 5 weeks ago and thought I'd post quicker than this. Oh, well. Just gotta keep going.
I hope y'all like this project. I think it's something I finally like doing that everyone wants to see as well.

Most miniature artists create their products in 1:12 scale. I create mine in 1:24 scale - twice as small!

i made one of these in Barbie size years ago, maybe 20 years ago all from wood, and yes it was tedious but so satisfactory when it's all together and working. GOOD JOB.

I'm equal parts terrified and in awe of you right now girl. I'm fairly certain you could over take the world with tiny laser shooting robots , but instead gave chosen the path of the Jedi , and we the mere mortals are eternally grateful :) my math is far too terrible to accomplish something of this magnitude, I need wiggle room. It would help if you add the paper size to your digital patterns. Either to print on an A4 or letter size paper, or a 1 inch square and cm ruler on pattern pages to test on printer. This was the chair I was looking for to put in my new room box I’m going to built. Thank you for the amazing pattern, I love it ❤

My mind is blown - yet AGAIN! And you made this design up from scratch without ever seeing the workings of a recliner??!!! GAAAAH!!!! I need those kinda skills! I really LIKE seeing all the details that you show because I think it literally shows a woman being creative and excellent at math! I wonder if you could provide a link to the measurements or something for those who may want to try to make one. Honestly, this is my ideal ideal ideal dream type of mini to make - real, working stuff for dolls. I really like 1:6 scale or even BJD 1:3 scale because it's a little bigger and easier to make and the dolls in those scales are just cooler and better, but I just don't have the storage space for those scales. So I am stuck with 1:12 - which I love, but it's not my dream scale. I certainly couldn't do 1:24. I love the cuteness and tininess of it (as well as railroad scale) but 1:12 is already so small. The fact that you chose to work in HALF THAT SIZE just blows me away. Amazingly talented!!! TBH - right now I am still mostly working in paper (using cardboard) so I might try this with paper. It's not like it HAS to be truly load bearing (for me anyway it's more the aesthetics) and my doll doesn't weight that much anyway.

Your work is fantastic. I love seeing your miniatures come to life. My husband is not into miniatures but he even likes to see all of your tiny mechanics. I like your videos the way they are. They are funnier when you show your personality. So I guess Im voting for no script, more hand gestures and face. Haha

I use fray check, ( you can find it at Walmart) it really helps with the frayed edges. But ,I don’t do 1/24 I’m more like 1/6 th. You’re amazing.
I have that, but this stuff was crazy small! I need to use it more, to be honest! Thank you for the kind words though!
