    The Bionicle Mask of Light film still holds up - worth a watch while building

      I’m personally partial to Legends of Metru Nui, but also really love that one - they’re all super nostalgic

    It's great to see people making cool things with the website! I'm super pumped for the 2 new Lego Art sets it looks like we'll be getting next year - once color accurate parts lists for those are out it'll be interesting to see what handmade and algorithmic pictures people will make from them.

      Whoah, are you the creator of the site? Thanks for stopping by! It’s incredibly useful and I just got the parts in for my biggest mosaic yet. And yeah, the Harry Potter one especially looks chock-full of tons of colors!

    Great stuff. I think I'm going to be using some of the tricks you mentioned to replicate the Classic Space mosaic from the Lego Art set

    hey...obviously this video is a bit older, but i was wondering if you still had the instructions for the mata nui island mosaic. the link isn't working. thank you for all you are doing to bring bionicle back to the forefront of lego.

    I wish I knew of the lego art remix site a month ago. I made a dragonlance banner in mosaic format and took me some time to get it go look right.

    Is the Bricks and Pieces from Lego the same as their Pick a Brick on their website?

    • @DuckBricks
      @DuckBricks  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s actually different; if you google Bricks and Pieces it’s the first result to come up

    I have a 4k piece Obi-Wan Kenobi mosaic I want to create but it costs $150 for half of the pieces, I've looked through the studs and none of the expensive ones can be replaced. My price range is $200 is there anyway I can make this cheaper?

    • @DuckBricks
      @DuckBricks  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Most of the expensive studs are sold on LEGO’s Bricks and Pieces site and are sold for basically the same price as any other color - you can order 200 at a time but place unlimited orders so you can get as many as you need. If that is still too expensive, try removing the expensive studs (especially in discontinued colors) and see if it significantly affects the final product - you can easily do that on the LEGO art remix site. Let me know if you still have issues after this!

    • @BarchyYT
      @BarchyYT 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      None of the expensive studs are found on Bricks and Pieces

    • @DuckBricks
      @DuckBricks  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Which colors are they exactly?

    • @BarchyYT
      @BarchyYT 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can tell you all the colors if you want, from screenshots, or I could just list them

    • @DuckBricks
      @DuckBricks  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That could help, I’m curious which ones are super expensive but not on BnP. Either it’s stuff like sand green which appeared in like one set and is super rare, or it’s simply out of stock on bricks and pieces at the moment and you just need to email customer service to place an advance order

  • @BarchyYT
    @BarchyYT 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    so if my lego art mosaic is $300 I can possibly make it to $150?

    • @DuckBricks
      @DuckBricks  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup!

    • @BarchyYT
      @BarchyYT 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m also having problems with LEGO art remix and finding out the total price on bricklink. Do you maybe having a discord so you could try to help me? If you don’t want to that’s fine

  • @cmoneytv6574

    how do you hang them on your wall?

    • @DuckBricks
      @DuckBricks  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I mention it at the very end of the video but you could either use the wall hanging element as found in the official mosaic sets, or brick building your own Technic solution!

    • @cmoneytv6574
      @cmoneytv6574 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DuckBricks Which style hooks do you use for the wall hanging element?

    • @DuckBricks
      @DuckBricks  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just a regular screw from Home Depot - if it helps, I put out a tutorial video on how to wall mount minifigure frames which is in a similar vein th-cam.com/video/NWfNuuR2GaA/w-d-xo.html
