You see, Ryan, I've always wanted to make my own custom LEGO minifigs, but I never knew what options were available. I even made my own yellow Daredevil with pieces that I have collected.
@@spacetimecontinuum6546 I used the torso piece of the Netflix Daredevil that my uncle gave me from MegaCon a few years ago, and I used two golden arms from Aquaman and replaced the tan-colored hands with Iron Man's red hands, and as for the legs, I used an atlantean legs that came with the Justice League set, and finally for the head, I used the head of the Reverse Flash. It may not look exactly like Daredevil's yellow sit, but I can only use my imagination.
When I visited the LEGO offline store, I saw them using a printer to print various different minifigures. It was only later that I learned that it was a UV printer. Would you like me to look into it
Hi Ryan, You didn’t need to remove the left legs printing! All you needed to do was find another light greyish-blue/sand blue left leg, then you would just have to swap it out! Also, it’s not very usual for it to crack, but you just need to be careful.
I tend to like to stick with purist minifigure parts so I use yellow skin tones for most of my custome minifigures since they have the most variety of faces but I do like to use flesh tones sometimes aswell as I like to have my city be diverse in figures with a variety of different skin tones and the way I see it is that bright Lego yellow is just another skin tone in the Lego world
Very interesting,I might keep this in mind when making my own sigfig of myself like you did. Though I have a feeling you could do this with minidolls as well, though the process of cusomizing them probably will be slightly different because the minidoll figure is designed way differently than a minifigure's
Hello, I loved your vid, unfortunately in my country there are only a few Lego official stores and I've never seen the Lego factory there 😔. I will try to make water slide decals then. Thanks for sharing your ideas ❤.
Ryan I have I tip for you Instead of useing the nail polish remover to take of the printing on Lego just use a regular school eraser and rub it a lot and the printing come right off
US is so lucky to get minifig factory, here in Australia, we have no such thing. I didn’t even know about this until I found your video.. If I was able to have a minifig factory I would go all out on Camp Cretaceous figs as that’s my favourite Netflix show. Still, SO LUCKY 😭
If you want to stay in the realm of official LEGO, then yes, I'd say paint on the wounds. If you don't mind dipping into off-brand parts, there are a few "damaged" prints you could choose from.
I Desine figures that get produced in China, I do wish I had my own printing, the companys don't produce all of my desines or take years sometimes to do them, I usually Just make decals for the ones that don't get produced & just make them in-house myself.
You could also try using water decals. They're a bit trickier for sure and require a high quality printer, but it's an option for more complicated designs.
Actually I was hoping you'd show how to make your own custom printing, but you've outsourced that part :/ Rest of the video is nothing I couldn't figure out alone.
Yeah, I HEAVILY disagree with your hairpiece. In fact, I have never seen ANYBODY who has that hairstyle in real life. It just looks so bad, too. The hair you should use it the one at 6:37

Ryan is clutch. I’m in the works on doing customs figures and the fact you uploaded this today is great timing.
Haha great timing! Hope you found the video helpful!
This was great!
Personally I favor purist customs but you inspired me to make a custom torso! I’ve made it and it looks great!
Awesome!! Glad you enjoyed the process!
@@RyanSevelVlogs the tip with the nail polish really helped thanks
Pretty interesting Sigfit.
@@RyanSevelVlogs does the custom Lego cost money.
Hi Ryan,

Very true! I guess I wanted to show off how to remove extra print if you needed to. But yeah, replacement parts are always an option!
@@RyanSevelVlogs In my opinion you should have used a simple eraser - more effort but way safer for lego bricks.
So theoretically If I were to paint the entire mini figure I was custom making what would the best brand of acrylic paint would you recommend?

I'm a brown guy so finding a piece that has my skin color is an added challenge but i am still looking forward to doing this
Honestly I've seen your custom minifig videos and some of them look amazing!
I think that you should get a custom printed brick (logo) to display alongside your sig fig. Maybe a blue one and a black one should do!
Intersting...
I have glasses and the Justin Hammer head works well cause he’s not a very well known character and only if you know him it’ll be mistaken
Nice choice! The head was also used for Leonard in the Big Bang Theory set but it’s still not very well known (or used)
Ryan is an inspiration, keep it up man
Thanks for the kind words!
Give this man a million subs he deserves it 😀
This is quite a bit harder for me, as my SigFig is of my fursona, LOL. It's a LITTLE harder to find things that work. Glad for the guide tho!
Going to try to make one of my profile!
Can you use these techniques with anthropomorphic animal figs? Like Chima figs?
Sure! I haven't tried my hand at painting more uniquely-shaped LEGO pieces, but I don't see why one couldn't!
I was thinking the same thing.
the coolest sigfig i ever seen
Ryan, im on a trip to Spain and they have a Lego store! In my country they don’t have one, and congrats on 20K

Loving the new profile picture. Lego Ryan!!!
Congrats on 21k subs Ryan!
thanks for the guide, Richard Hammond from Top Gear and The Grand Tour on BBC
Why didn’t you switch a leg instead of removing the pocket?
I wanted to show how to remove a print, but yes, that's an option too if you have spare legs!
Could you make a Mario minifig
Hmmm interesting proposition. I think there are some great Mario customs on AliExpress…

does the lego store use uv printer?
Can you customize it in any way? For example as dismissed old minifugres by taking the project online?
Do you know how I would make a print that has a metallic shine like some of the classic lego castle prints?
I wish to have a custom Lego Minifigure of myself.
i find that to remove printing from minifigures an eraser does the cleanest job
I’ve heard that before but I didn’t have the right kind of eraser! Good call though
What is the name of the 3d Lego app
This is amazing thanks!!!
Why is he staring into my soul like that?"
I head direct to the Build a Minifigure online service but is close so I think that LEGO is making it better. 😅
