I hate ENCAP and ANCAP for this reason, they create unnecessarily strict norms. But what’s more worse is that a lot of people just look at the overall score and immediately judge without digging deep into what made it achieve that score.
Had the Scorpio been tested in 2019 like the Fortuner, it probably would have received 4 Stars under the same criteria - but certainly the Scorpio could do better 🤷♂️
The 0 stars doesn't come from a lack of safety, it comes more specifically from a lack of active safety which was only introduced into ANCAP a few years ago. If you go for a drive right now, about 60% of the cars you will see on the road would also have 0 stars according to the current testing rules.

Apparently that’s enough for a total fail, which doesn’t seem fair to me but hey I don’t make the rules 🤷♂️
@@CarSauce doesn't seem fair to me either. Too harsh.
I hate ENCAP and ANCAP for this reason, they create unnecessarily strict norms. But what’s more worse is that a lot of people just look at the overall score and immediately judge without digging deep into what made it achieve that score.
For sure Scorpio ♏️
What about doing a comparison between Scorpio and Tank 300? Surely that would be more realistic from a price perspective?
Scorpio is always big daddy of suv💪🇮🇳
Indian roads not highways quite narrow n potholes. Scopio is king
NO may be in your villege but we have very good roads and highways but yeah narrow streets
India does also have highways 🙄 good smooth ones nowadays too

I like the Toyota Fortuner, and yes I would like to buy the Toyota Fortuner
Why are you guys focusing on our indian brand so that you would get more subscribers and views right??? Very good tactics 👏👏👏😜😜😜
Indian Scorpio N price is 30000USd /-
And Indian price ⚡🇮🇳25000INR /-
Scorpio n safety rating 5star search
Safety? Pffft who needs that?
That alone is worth paying extra money
Had the Scorpio been tested in 2019 like the Fortuner, it probably would have received 4 Stars under the same criteria - but certainly the Scorpio could do better 🤷♂️
The 0 stars doesn't come from a lack of safety, it comes more specifically from a lack of active safety which was only introduced into ANCAP a few years ago. If you go for a drive right now, about 60% of the cars you will see on the road would also have 0 stars according to the current testing rules.
It got 5 stars in global NCAP. With ADAS it will easily get 5 stars
In India, especially NE states,.
Fortuner is preferred due to its high ground clearance and better service centre.
Scorpio-N is a best car for family at this price is just sweet 💖
Fortuner is thousand times better than Scorpio N
It's a overpriced trash
Though I'm Indian but I own Toyota Fortuner. I actually prefer Toyota or Thar rather than Scorpio when it comes to SUV.
The Scorpio does have all of those safety features, it’s called the driver.
Hahaha!! Good point. 😂
3:41 man knows India very very well😂😂
5:55 bro wtf 😂😂😂
🧐🧐😂😂😂🤣🤣
1:20 Scorpio N has 5 Star Ncap Safety Rating for adults and 3 star for childrens
I buy mahindra xuv 700 ..because the mahindra has good engine reliability ..affcourse i had toyota and mahindra allready too.but if i want to buy SUV then i goes to mahindra and if i want family type then toyota ..but tell you guys if you really want suv go with mahindra no doubt about it because they only make suv from 1950s so they had quite knowledge and i know toyota is also good but they makes lots of things ..but if you want suv particularly then go with mahindra 😊
Scorpio is well Value for money vehicle 👍
Fortuna towing is 3.1t not 3.5t bud 👍
Wow awesome comparison
Target audience 🇦🇺
Actual audience 🇮🇳
It got 5 stars in global NCAP. With ADAS it will easily get 5 stars in Australian NCAP too
