I have created manually the same data source as yours, just like at the time 2:02. COUNTA()=15, COUNTBLANK()=2 are displayed correctly , but COUNT()=14 is calculated instead of 15. I have controlled and re-entered everything, but nothing has changed. Office 365 is installed on my machine. My Excel doesn't count "-" for Anand Agrawal.

For the concatenate, I do the same thing which you did without using the concatenate formula.
