- So I wasn’t intending on buying this Slime Amaya Raine doll but I found the prettiest one at Target and had to get her!!
I’m a slime doll convert and this Amaya did have me worried for a sec but I can confidently say that she is stunning and I love her!
Because of her lackluster fashion I also wanted to restyle her! I gave her some new fashion as well as restyling her hair. I’ve never been a huge fan of Amaya but this doll has me wanting to get some of her older dolls, that’s how much I like her.

tbh I'm tired of the people still ranting about the reboot, it's been 3+ months of us having these dolls, if the reboot isn't to your taste just stop collecting them, no one is forcing you to. I've seen people attacking others or even being nasty for even posting pictures of the dolls and saying that they enjoy them, it's made the community so nasty.
Amaya’s rainbow hair kinda reminds me of those air head candy strips 😂
The restyle is so cute. That thatching technique is amazing, I'd love a more in-depth tutorial from you. Anyhow yeah I love this Amaya, my ONLY complaint however is her big forehead. I've seen some of the EU Amaya's (premade slime version with shimmer powder) and the foreheads are much nicer, she looks more like her stock images. Because of that I've held off on opening my Target Amaya, in the hopes that I come across an EU one. I'm curious how you're feeling now that Poppy's been confirmed to still be around? I personally love her redesign, the make-up is beautiful and her eye color looks to be different, which is very welcomed. I'm betting that perhaps she'll be included with the slime playset, which includes an "exclusive doll" or perhaps she'll be thrown in with the S2 crew Stella, Bella, Karma, River, & Krystal in a potential second slime series? Anyhow I'm just glad she's still around. Catch you on the next one!💚
Yes I’ll def consider showing the technique in greater detail! And I haven’t seen the EU Amaya but I am curious to see how she looks now. I did have to be very patient with even this Amaya because I do find she had some wild variation between dolls.
And I did see Poppy will still be in the online web series so I am holding out hope too she pops back up in the doll line 🤞🏽

For me, my opinions on this line is that they’re not the best RH dolls by any means but aren’t bad either. I actually have all 6 just cuz I enjoy playing with slime and I love their base dolls
Agreed! I still need Violet and Ruby but to four I do have are all very welcomed additions to my collection
I love love jades clothes she wears and face in this line. And the two points of artic isnt that badly missed, so we shall see...💚

I love this restyle so much I feel inspired to pick her up! For the glitter I put the glitter in the shoes of my Jade and it’s so cute I feel like it could use a *little* more glitter to shake around in there when she “walks”😂 also I never made the slime and ended up throwing the packets away

I wonder if it would be possible to take the sequins off the dress , i do like the dress i just could do without the sequins. If they had glitter to the dress instead of the sequins i think it might have looked better.
For all of them I’ve given them a mix of their past clothes mostly winter brake runway and closet/Avery stuff to really perfect them but also using 1 or 2 pieces from their alien outfit

Skylar kept the most as she had her top and jacket
They all have a mini shoes pair

It's funny because I at first did not want any of these, and then I got Sunny, Skyler, Jade, and most recently Violet. I actually love the glitter and the slime. I know I am in the minority, but I really don't mind the glitter or the fashions (besides Amaya). I never was a huge fan of high end fashion anyway.
That’s sort of how I’m feeling too! I do like the standard RH fashions but these slime dolls have been a pleasant surprise for me tbh

I did see another person say their slime which was sitting for a while in the crystal mixed up did turn a little odd cloudy color.

I still intensely dislike Slime Amaya, but your restyle made her look so much better. I would have used Ainsley's oilslick ankle boots instead of Naomi's boots though, because I know that people can style their dolls however they like, but I just don't have the heart to put any of my other dolls in any of the Storm Twins' pieces in my personal collection. Its my only major restyle restriction in my personal collection because I intensely love and respect N and V so much, and nobody can look as good in their clothes as they do.
And I have a question: can the Slime Pets be used as custom bases, because I really want to customize Ruby's Slime Pet, if I find her on sale for a review, into a pink Kitsune from Genshin Impact.🖤💜

I would have used the Ainsley oil slick boots but I gave them to Vanessa for her look already. I still have a Veronica and Naomi in their classic looks cause they are stunning but they do have such fun pieces to restyle with, like Veronica’s pleather socks are THE best piece ever to restyle with
