Hello Aamna!! I'm 19, and I started watching you guys when I was 16. I’ve always loved watching dramas from all over the world, but at first, I didn’t think on my own that much. Your words would form my thoughts-it was like you were putting into words everything I hadn’t yet figured out for myself. It felt validating to hear you express the things I was noticing but couldn’t fully articulate. Over time, I started developing my own thoughts. Now, I watch your reviews to compare my opinions with yours, seeing where we align. I don’t seek the same validation I did when I was 15 or 16, but back then, it felt incredible when you called out the same things I had picked up on, or when Hassan appreciated the technical details that stood out to me too. Your reviews have become part of my routine. I even make write in my night time journal entries about the dramas I watch, then add my thoughts after your reviews, as if I were part of the discussion with you two. (Yes, I’m a bit nerdy about dramas in that way 😆) The more I listen to you, the more I appreciate your insights, even when I disagree sometimes. You’re absolutely right-hearing diverse opinions from different people is important. What you’ve experienced as a woman in your age and circumstances is something I will never fully understand, but I can still learn from you. I also really enjoy interviews and podcasts for the same reason, and while it might sound like I have a lot of free time (I do, kind of), I’d much rather selectively watch long-format content on TH-cam than doom-scrolling. (I HAD to defend myself🥲) Congratulations for getting where you are today!!💓 May Allah grant you success with khair. Keep growing! ♡♡
Hi I am an Indian and I find your shows including something haute so witty ,intelligent ,authentic and insightful .Your drama reviews are more interesting than the dramas themselves .Please keep on posting such brilliant content. Regards and best wishes.Annu 😃👍👌
Congratulations! New journalists in your line can learn from you. You retain your individuality , and that's important. Your primary purpose is not tainted.
Hi Amna, I am turning 40 this year and i started my channel two years ago and came super close to monitizing it and then almost gave up. Thank you so much for reminding me why I started doing this in the first place. I just have to sift through the negatively (online and offline) and continue doing the work, because i genuinely enjoyed filming and editing. Thank you sooo much for sharing your journey thus far, you dont know how many lives your one video will enrich. Lots of love 🤗
Same here Lakeneeks …i have started n left it and now starting to work on my vlogs and videos …my support is for you.. subscribing you so that we all help each other to progress…love to u ❤
Congratulations on your recognition ❤ It was a great episode. Very inspiring and comforting. All the best for all your future endeavours. May Allah SWT always keep u and your family blessed and happy. Aameen
Hi Aamna, so good to hear you and use this platform to talk of women,s achievements and be proud of them and not only be nurturers. We’ve the right to be proud of our identity and growth in other spheres. More power to you.
Aamna ❤ we love you for all that you are and we wont want anything to change. Whatever concerns you had made you more relatable and loveable and made you an inspiration for women which is more important than any super star or model because their existence somehow makes people feel alienated and less of themselves ( I am not blaming anything/anyone but this is the inevitable reality of live). So the LOVE we have for you is more than the love people have for FB friends or colleagues, we are truly a family.....if and whenever in doubt we are a click, a video, a call away. Thank you for overcoming your fears and hesitation, you have made and continue to make difference in our lives. Stay Blessed ameen 🤗
Beautiful, awesome! So good to hear your speech, it was surely so much motivational and encouraging. Wishing you all the very best in your future endeavors. So happy for you for overcoming your fears of stage fright and camera shyness. Keep going strong. Loads of love and blessings to you and Hassan for your lovely work that you and Hassan are doing. Love your reviews and everything you share on your Channel "Something Haute"
So good to see AHI 101 back!! I had missed it so much, had even left a comment regarding the same on one of your videos. Please keep these videos coming regularly. I like listening to you. 😊
Hi Aamna, love the video!!! Im really struggling to continue my current job, the mental toll it takes is too much but to leave a job in these uncertain times seems like a stupidity. I had almost made up my mind to quit, but hearing you talk about being passionate about the work was just the final nail. Thank you for this! Love hearing you talk
Hi Amna. Pls touch upon the topic of work life balance for working women. How to strike that balance , why it is important, and how women can voice their needs (in terms of flexibility etc) in workplace.
Congratulations Aamna❤️ It’s always such a delight listening to you. You’ve inspired me in many ways. I wish AHI & Something Haute abundance of success 🙌🏽
Watching u from past 4 yrs when i was a teenager. U literally shaped my personality . My thought process all the love and duas from occupied kashmir . U r a powerful and confident women which i aspire to be like u . Sending tons of love ur way . Although these 4 yrs have been academically challanging for me but ur positivity and strength to face the failures have given me a lot of strength during these tough times . I will always be greatful for u for the positivity u spread through ur videos ❤❤❤❤❤
You know what got me …. I’m middled aged ? 😂😂 I’m now 46 but love watching you and Hassan and I love the way you speak , you have grace and confidence. You make a lot of sense and similar point views to me. That’s why I enjoy watching you xx
Amna..this is such a beautiful video..thanks for sharing..i have felt that its too late to start at 32..the other day when you and hassan mentioned u r 50 while reviewing bismil i was so pleasantly surprised and inspired that u r doing what u love at 50..and now hearing that from you is so so inspiring..
Everything aside, just tell Hassan to stop blocking comments on Something Haught, as you said, you guys should also be open to opinions that are opposite of yours, just blocking is not good now that you guys are successful enough to accept criticism. Thank you Aamna.
Congratulations aamna for being the keynote speaker at google! 🎉 So happy that you are getting the recognition you deserve! ❤ Can you please let us know an email where we can drop our messages regarding topics for AHI 101.
You're doing a brilliant job. I don't always necessarily share your point of view about different things but you inspire me far beyond that. I learned so much in terms of good articulation and poise from you. Next time you're in Islamabad, would love to have/host you for an intimate meetup of females. Please keep up the good work and keep posting.

Hi Aamna, First of all congratulations on being such a success and being a key note speaker at the Google event. Secondly, as being a professional change practitioner myself, I want to say thank you for emphasizing on CHANGE and change is good - don’t be scared of change. Please keep on spreading this message. Change is hard and scarry to bring or adopt but it is when we are getting out of our comfort zone - then only do we grow and learn! Hey is your friend a change practitioner too in hiding … ? 😜 Kudos to you and Hassan for bringing trends through change!! Hey I love the roasting phone calls for dramas! 😂 Folks embrace change, give it a shot before you give up on your dream…. 😊 Chicago fan rooting for you and Hassan! 😊🎉
So proud I am of SH! You guys inspire me so much. I wish to take up content creation at some point of life. Wishing to find my path and interest. Aamna you're so special and inspiring. Lots of love from india♥️♥️
Buhat Buhat Mubarak Amena, I watch this channel for your positive vibes. During office, i play it in the background as AHI always teaches me something about style or grooming or even just to hear your jokes and laughter. Thank you ❤️
I would love to hear about your journey as a print writer. You touched on it during your interview with Ayesha Omar but I would love to hear some more of those stories. How they influenced you to do your work / journalism better. Also, we are all so proud of you! I hope to hear your speech soon. Hopefully you can get a taping of it.
Loved it! Congratulations! 🎉 I was looking forward to an update on your take on the Google event keynote speech. But yes, I still wait for the day you to sit down with Bilal Abbas & Wahaj Ali for a one-on-one interview to then say interviewed all 😅
Aamna so proud of u. U R beautiful. The way u speak on every topic is commendable. Frankly I only watched Pakistani drama which u recommended. Again congratulations ❤❤
About the kind of content we want you to create, I wanted to suggest that as you have studied literature yourself, you might enjoy doing an episode of Haute Gold on the film Mah-e-Mir. Although it is about Urdu Shayari, but maybe Mahwish could be a part of that as well. Would love to listen to the thoughts of the writer Sarmad Sehbai Sahab, and the two actors Manzar Sehbai Sahab and Fahad Mustafa in that episode.
Piyari Aamna , can't agree more to everything you said. First thing first, I love listening to you. Huge fan sitting all the way here in Washington DC. I wish to chat with you if you would advise how to and of course if you would like my offer. Would love to share my experience on taking risks and evolving as a woman from Pakistan.
Hi, Amna ji., aap ko dekh kar bahut khusi hoti hai. aj aap ne bahut sari achi batain batae.,ki kosis karni chahiye, haar nahin manni chahiye. magar main haar gai, 😢😢😢
Dear Aamna ❤❤ I really enjoyed and loved today's show and how you shared everything with us. Could you please share some tips on how to start a TH-cam channel in your next episode? Plz & Ty 😊
Risk taking is very important, but our women whether housewives or working women at this time for some reason cannot find financial stability especially at retirement age . We would like to hear good women stories especially who are in their 70’s and 80’s from pakistan who are financially independent.
Hiiii, I want to start awareness sessions regarding dental work/ oral hygiene too. You are always very sweet and generous in motivating others Aamna 💐💐🦷
Aamna you are the family member as you sound everywhere in my home in UK please don’t forget to have a meet up in Birmingham whenever you visit UK You won’t believe it but leme tell you that my 19 months old baby girl is familiar to your voice More love and prayers to your way Don’t get confused I am a woman and I this is my husband’s TH-cam account 😅

@Ranttatouille Hassan has no taste. Nothing close to subtlety atleast. Respectfully, I am not interested in his (a pseudo feminist) opinions. The fact that Aamna has to hold his hand and give space, dilutes her opinion. The lowest point was the hr long separate discussion episode for Tere Bin (pretty sure Hassan brainchild). Sold their soul and let the ugly audience in and lost mature audience. Then later lament why bad dramas are made. Vicious cycle.
Can’t agree with you more. I can’t deal with Hassan’s annoying and immature reviews and he is so full of himself… and as much as I want to listen to Aamna… listening to Hasan in between is nauseous
@aamnaisani Let me try and explain my view as concisely as possible. You occasionally write fashion pieces for renowned fashion publications from across border. I love reading them, even though, I have no background in fashion. One can tell the depth of knowledge one should possess to write these pieces and deep love for fashion (clothes) in general. Now lets imagine you have to co-write a similar fashion piece with Hassan. What does Hassan know about fashion you ask. Nothing. But that wouldnt stop someone to ask for it. And no doubt Hassan will write it. Maybe he will chatgpt it or google some fancy words. He will reach out to designers, suggesting collaboration, in exchange of mention/high praises in the article. Its all about eye balls and moolah, he'll say. The end product will be a sub standard, mediocre product interspersed with quality. Your reviews are just that. Hassan's pedestrian views are not doing your mature views any favour. He is a PR dude. He should stick to PR. The fact that his talk show was called Talk Talk Show, should tell you everything about his creativity.

Hello Aamna, the best way to overcome the stage fright is teach a class/college/university.

Aamna, I'm not sure why you are not alluding to the fact that you started Something haute a long time before Hassan joined you. I have been a long term viewer of your channel and website , and I have always loved and adored you. But lately, i do not recognise you and I largely blame Hassan for it.
Why? What do you think has changed in her?
How so? Pls elaborate.

Your reviews are just that. Hassan's pedestrian views are not doing your mature views any favour. He is a PR dude. He should stick to PR. The fact that his talk show was called Talk Talk Show, should tell you everything about his creativity.
I watch your videos, and I live in US.
