Definitely the best tutorial I've seen. After probably more than 50 tutorials, yours is the one that made me understand what the others could not. Thanks so much. Unbelievably valuable. I'm now a subscriber.
I have been a developer since the time there was no react or all these advance tutorials, I have worked with some big organisations as a UI/UX developer writing lots of code- all my life I have told inters or new people is that all u see is boxes and u need to put things properly in the box. You said it so correctly it’s boxes inside Box it’s all box
I'm Korean and I've never worked in design before. I stumbled upon this video because I'm interested in webflow, and it's really helpful for a beginner like me. I understood the concept of how each feature of webflow is used. Thank you.
Thanks Ran, just finished the lockdown playlist for web design. Before I start designing, thought I could know my way through Webflow. #selfwebdesigner One love sir. I just understand you better.
You know how beautifully you explained this better not many people have such great clarity, if you could be a coder with this clarity you can design wonders in UI/UX many kids from ivy leagues did not had this good clarity with design.
Many thanks, Ran, it has been a very easy-to-follow and useful tutorial. I thought I was late to build my skills on Webflow but I got motivation from you.
Hands down the best tutorial ever. I have a degree in digital publishing and I've been learning web design for the last 4 years. One the biggest frustrations is poor teaching.
Great tutorial. Watching this makes one wonder why they would ever deal with a service like Wix. Webflow is such a beautiful, intuitive and robust tool for anyone with a background in design.
Ran you never fail to impress me with all your videos... this was brilliant! In fact I signed up for your course because of the way you explain and go through every step in your videos. Thanks for all you do and share with us
Hello, this is me before watching this tutorial. I never tried web designing and i dont know anything on webflow, ill leave my answer after finishing this tutorial and try to make a site. I trust you Flux
Hi Ran, At 4:26 in the video, the body has three sections. Why are three Div blocks added within a section instead of adding three sections? I don't quite understand the logic here. I'm wondering if others have the same question as I do.🤔
Becuase if the page was longer, there would be other sections, and you'd like to put the BG image only on the first section, so you need to wrap them in a DIV
Make sure you’re always referencing your layer hierarchy when applying styles. In fact, just keep them open and visible the entire time. I get easily lost and confused on what’s affecting what. On the part you started adding padding and margins to the content, I immediately forgot what your layers looked like and what had what in it when you panned away. So I don’t know to what hierarchy did you start adding padding to: the Body or the wrapper containing the hero content. I am so bad at hierarchy and it easily confuses me, I need to have a visual reference at all times to figure it out. 😰
I’m trying to recreate Jacob & co website, it’s so hard! Maybe you can make a tutorial on how to recreate such complicated website, that includes advanced animations?
I hope Webflow pays you. There content is creative. Your content is concise and all the essentials to get to functionable for someone who has no experience.
About to get started on my first ever independent site , chat gpt told me web flow is number one on the list for some of the things I would like to see on my central hub , really floating bubbles and like a roller coaster going through the site , does it show where the links will lead .?
Thank you for your efforts and very good and clear explanation. It will be appreciated if you make video for responsiveness for this design especially.
Hi Ran, great tutorial, just build it with the assets you provid. One question: Can you explain why the images in the card div are slightly more left. The padding on the card is 7px in the tutorial, also in your tutorial if you look closely the white border on the left side seems visible thinner than on the right side. when i change it to 9px left and let it on 7px right padding, it seems "centered". Why isn't it centered with 7px left and right. I don't get it, but want to "understand" it. Would be great if you could clarify. Thanks a lot. Best from germany
Thanks for this video, I have been following the webflow 101 tut, but they make a lot of mistakes there and takes forever to build just a very simple example.
Can anyone tell me why should I use webflow for website development ? it is 10 times hard to code here than wordpress. Please guide me about the benefits of using webflow.
Thanks for the video. I have a problem with the HERO SECTION. It shows up a little space of the BODY and while adding a photo, it's just a little part appears in the little HERO SECTION. Can anyone please help me with this?
just finished the video. I think it's kinda similar to figma. I'm a figma designer. willing to learn a new app. i saw some videos about webflow, framer and wordpress. one of my friend is currently working with wordpress. so i wanted to try a new one. I'm basically focusing on designing and building no code animated websites. which platform would you suggest for me so i can design and animate a website without or with less limitation on my thinking. I'm currently doing my bachelor in CSE, will have few coding knowledge in upcoming year but not much. Thank you for your Concern.
In framer am I able to create a navigation, for instance I have a camera, I want the navigation to be the cameras navigation on the right. could I do something like that. Great video easy to follow edit: just realised this is webflow
Hello everyone!, does anybody knows why flexbox space between works different in a section and works different in a container? I have seen in containers it leaves space in the left and in the right.
Excellent! I need a second crash curse - specifically adding more complexity (I mean this is just a landing page, as well as animations, transitions etc. Also - any simple way to make a dark mode light mode and language toggles?

I see that you don't use 4px or 8px grid system in this design. Is there any specific reason?
