【UPDATE】If you CANNOT FIND the Tiles Type when you right click on the Project window, You can go to the Unity Github(github.com/Unity-Technologies/2d-extras) Press the download button. Then Drag the whole fold called "2d-extras-master" inside your Unity Asset folder. Then After dragging complete, You can right click, Then Create - 2D Extra - Tiles. Find the Tiles Type what you want. I guess Unity has update the tilemap package so someone may have trouble on here. 😱😱😉😱😉
First off, good tutorial, easily explained everything. Second, linking the sprites in the description just earned you my subscription and a like. You're amazing dude.
Wistful Flame 🔥 Thanks for your likes. That’s true the unity blog is so short and skip many operations. I downloaded the project and make research on here. Just hope others can save their time and learn fast. 🧐😆😊🧩
Im in a middle of making isometric base tiles for my game atm and Im just wandering if it was a good choice for the type of the game I want to make but this video cleared my worries quite well it will work :)
I have published the Whole Process of this tutorial on my Channel(Portal: th-cam.com/video/VDxrtcQYOSQ/w-d-xo.html) (Just in case some people cannot follow this episode steps or some places hard to understand)

Blue BukkitDev thx for your likes bro!!! Inspired me lots!!!
You've really took your time and provided a lot of clarity and detail for things that were easy to miss in the Unity Blog.
Great Job!

Thank you so much. Only tutorial I could find on setting up individual colliders per block. I can't thank you enough.
Really great visual aides! Great stuff Joe :)
Thanks for the great tutorials on this. Surprisingly not that many, and it was helpful to learn the basics about the Isometric tilemap.
谢谢, very clear demonstration.
Christopher Hoade You are welcome bro. ☺️😏谢谢!

Hello, I want to ask, so does the project use "2d" or "3d with extras"?
This is using the 2d extras pack. Which is a kinda a pain to install but amazing to work with once you understand how it works.
@@devshire1 but when I created a project it didnt display a 2d extras button. only 2d, 3d, 3d with extras
@@cheeseburger8283 If you are using the rule tile you need to install the plug in on every new project.
well done my friend :)
beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
My Badddddddddddd!
how do you make ramps to go from level 1 to level 2 in the isometric grid?
