I just bought my Ultimate new 3 weeks ago, I love it. I changed the springs & oil for more dampening on landings. Installed fans, chassis dust cover and a chassis support bar. The TQI technology is pretty nice to gave for the dashboard.
Ya gotta get a Kyosho USA-1 next. I almost bought it instead of my Ultimate but i didn't want a basher.
What dust cover did you go with and is it worth the money
@@1994RALLYNO dampening is for rebound not landing.. spring take the landing the shock slows down the rebound... try a Vg spring with 40 oil... thers never a reason to go over 40 or 50 oil in these trucks
@@1994RALLY I snapped my chassis already and decided to not use the dust cover anymore it was a pain to keep opening and closing to turn the power on & off, it kept out leaves but it was a pain to take on and off to clean.

this truck is bottoming out bad,,, it needs stiffer springs for sure... it also only has about 1 1/4 inch clearance it cant reall take a jump over 2 feet with out bottoming out.. get a VG racing spring!!
