- Incredible 2+ acre site selected by William Mead, the original developer of Los Feliz, from all the land available in the area at the time, to construct his "Prairie/Mission" influenced, trophy mansion and grounds. A massive private estate, with undisturbed views from Downtown to the Ocean, this offering is comprised of 4 separate structures: 1) Main residence, scaled for a lavish and ebullient life-style, with 6 bdrms, 7 baths, grand dining room, library, living room, gym, theater, full basement, pool and more. 2) Pool house/guest house (appx 1900 s.f.), remodeled with aplomb, including luxe hotel-quality bath, kitchen and finishes. 3) Second full guest house. 4) Self-contained chauffeur's cottage. An Impressive brick drive, circular motor court, winding paths, gardens, and 100 year-old trees complete this impressive vintage setting. A rare opportunity to purchase an historic property, complete its restoration and create a sensational compound worthy of it's original pedigree.

I don't understand; your website says it's sold while it's under the 'current listings' tab and on other sites it also isn't sold.
Its pending, which means that they are not sure if its for sell or not.
J J No, it's not. On Zillow it's 'FOR SALE', not 'PENDING'.

It's so sad what they did with the remodel. You can't put modern fixtures in a house this traditional
Are you joking? LOL The remodel is fantastic. To say this house was extremely outdated is a major understatement. Maybe you enjoy the version it was in this video but I can assure you that you would be in the minority. This house here was a major eye sore that needed a serious facelift and it got one.
@@volcrazy89 Did I say it didn't need a facelift?
