This is a video of AirBnB Customer Service and how to contact AirBnB. Contacting AirBnB was an issue for me in the past, because I couldn't find the number easily. Below, I'm going to show you the AirBnB Contact Number.
This in a nutshell, is my AirBnB review. And how well they did for me. What started out as an Airbnb nightmare, ultimately turned good. I had major issues and problems solved but the Airbnb staff. The AirBnB support that I received was nothing but top notch. Your airbnb apartment is just that, an apartment. An airbnb apartment that they own. This airbnb host was in charge of 8 different properties. Half of this story is an airbnb horror stories to pass on. Everyone asks how to contact airbnb customer service; below is the number. This is my first time using it. Meaning using Airbnb help. But not my first time using the airbnb contact number.
I had issues with my first stay in Medellin Colombia on this current trip. After having to end up staying in a hotel on my second night, I couldn't wait to get into my new stay. What it took was help from airbnb and the usage of their airbnb contact number.
The video is self explanatory, but the use of an airbnb coupon was needed. And actually zeroed out what I needed to pay. I hope all of this helps you with the airbnb booking process. This is somewhat of an airbnb tutorial, but for when thing go wrong. And if you use them long enough, they will. So just stay calm and call this number. They are extremely helpful. This was my first time having to use it in Medellin Colombia, but hopefully my last.

But I'd save they're pretty safe. As in a neighborhood is safe, when you stay aware. I hope this help to learn how to use airbnb as a guest. And also some tips for the hosts as well.

What phone service and plan are you using while traveling? Also what was the Airbnb number as Im having bad experiences with Airbnb support. I was told they would not contact me for 4 days when the screw up was theirs.

I keep my current TMobile and pay the long term rate. The number I use for emergencies is [phone]. Note, "Safety" is an issue they have to resolve

My host lied about amenities, no free breakfast, we had to pay for electricity, there was no electricity at the listing. There was no dryer, no children's books/toys, no garden in the back as listed.. a bunch of lies. I contacted Airbnb and they don't give a crap. I've spent the last 10 days and over 10+ hours speaking to different agents and nobody is helping me. I left the booking 9 days ago & the host and Airbnb seem to be working together because I'm getting $0 refunded for the time being & the host is lying to Airbnb saying that I'm still at the listing. It's been literal hell trying to get an alteration and/or partial refund processed. I'm at the brink of pursuing a law suit against them and the host, it's getting ridiculous. I've provided them documentation and everything, the host has even admitted about lying about amenities, they don't care.

Wow, that sounds like an AirBnB horror story. They've always been good for me. Hence why I recorded and created this video. Did you call the same number I listed? Just wondering. I hope you recorded as much as you could. Doesn't sound cheap. And, yea, I'd take them to court if possible. And I hope you used a credit card. Then you could leave it to them to dispute it on your behalf. I don't see why the credit card company wouldn't come to your rescue as long as you can document everything. I would have video recorded, everything and recorded my phone calls and written notes. But I'm sorry you had to deal with it. "Pay for electricity"? Where the heck were you?

@@dcbornrob Yeah man it's still a horror movie. I didn't even ring them today because I'm so tired of getting the run around I'm losing my will. They don't want to help me, I can't afford to sue them. I spent over $1,100 and I doubt I'll get anything back.

I'm a Karen? This host was cool and understood. If you have roaches, you shouldn't be allowed to rent. I have a pretty good Airbnb record. And I'm sure over 100 stays
