Just mesmerizing, why the hell people will divert their minds from the developmental point of view to cast base census and all the rubbishes like that, see this is how promises are fulfilled, and the opposition is far, far behind to match this pace, and what making them worst is being busy in some ridiculous political agenda. Incredible transformation! May I suggest, along with bringing semiconductor manufacture to Bharat, the govt should parallelly encourage the development of Designed-in-Bharat computing platforms - something along the lines of PARAM but from the ground-up - more like the Apple M chips. This does not have to wait for semiconductor manufacturing to fully mature in Bharat. The manufacture can be done outside for now.

I look back achievements done by our Beloved Dr. Anbumani Ramadass, Former, Health Minister(2004-2009), Union of India and PMK (Paattali Makkal Katchi- Working People Party) President, Tamilnadu State.
He was very much visionary Leader. He introduced "108 Ambulance Scheme" to all Indian people through National Rural Health Mission( NRHM).

Maharashtra had a lot of issues in terms of land issues. DFC, Delhi Mumbai Expressway and Bullet Train has been delayed in the regions of Maharashtra by the past govt (they are still creating a lot of issues indirectly). It still has issues but hopefully it will be better soon and Maharashtra will get the development it deserves.

It's the quick money transfer policy of he current Maharashtra govt that helped them get land quickly for all three latest projects Samrudhi Mahamarg, Bullet Train and Expressway. Not saying that's the only reason but just sharing an example. Overall, it's the governance that helps it.
