Hey mate great shed! , I’ve been building eureka & fair dinkum sheds for 4 years now, my suggestion to everyone who is thinking of building a shed, is to A as you first put it, go the 2.7 height minimum, that extra height is always useful either for higher roller doors or storage and ventilation too. B make sure you get the shed insulated, don’t use that thin paper stuff you see in house roofs , pay the extra amount and get the air bubble, reflective stuff, I recommend Aircell or Sancell, highly worth it as it keeps majority of the heat during summer out, and keeps it warm during winter. The shed immediately just feels cooler on a sunny say if you’ve got this insulation installed. It’s gotta be done before cladding the shed and roof too, (walls and roof insulated for best results but roof is most important if you’re on a budget) While we’re talking insulation and shed temperature, I’d install a whirlybird or two for a shed that size, they help keep the air fresh inside if you’re working with petrol or diesel motors, and regulate the temperature. They can be installed after the shed is done. You could also add afew skylight panels on the roof above where your workbench would be, to add some natural lighting in the shed. Roller doors with a motor as you suggested too, very useful if you’re driving in and out, but if you’re not gonna use it often and mainly use the PA door, then manual operated is fine. Another thing I recommend is verma-seal. It’s these plastic lengths that slide in on the bottom of the wall sheets and the concrete, it basically covers the cladding “rib” holes, and prevents insects and vermin from getting inside the shed from those gaps. If you’re working on cars and would love to have your own hoist, you could go with an American barn style shed too, for that extra height to fit that hoist. If you’re keen on gardening too, you could add a water tank and hook the down pipes from the shed up to it for rainwater. These are what I recommend anyway, they’ve have had many happy reviews from previous clients who decided to build a shed, it’s just a matter of budget really. build to what you can afford guys and I hope I’ve helped someone 😁
Hey Mate. Wow thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Very valuable info right there for anyone building a shed. I'm going to pin this one to the top. Good stuff.... couple of questions... I wish I got insulation on my roof now after working in it. I have put in a wirly bird and that improved it a lot. Would you recommend spray insulation on the roof? What options are there if you want to put insulation on the roof after the shed is built?
Shenke Garage no worries, I’m not sure how effective spray insulation is for sheds, but it would probably be the quickest / cheapest way to insulate it since it’s been roofed. however I still recommend the aircell/sancell bubble insulation be installed if you want best results, it also stops condensation, you can still install it but they’ll need to remove the roof, easiest way would be 5 sheets either side at a time, run 3 runs of the insulation, then re fix the 5 sheets back and continue it that way. The electrical costs were a lot more expensive than I thought it would be but I did have to run about 200M of cable from the main switchboard to the shed. Hey Mate thanks. The floor is covered in Nutech Pavecoat. I did not mention it as its not really a necessity but was roughly an additional 300. Thanks for all those valuable tips aswell. I totally agree to go as high as possible. I wish I went higher to build a mezzanine to store car parts when you pull the car apart.
@@ShenkeGarage I’m going 6x12 and 3.6 at the eaves to allow for storage, height is cheaper than floor area as there’s no additional concrete cost! Hoping mine turns out as good as yours, love all the steel additions you’ve made :)
Insulation is a big one in my opinion. Like to work away all year round in my shed and it makes things so much more comfortable. At the very least insulate the roof when its being built as you can always do the walls later yourself. A well insulated shed also makes a slow combustion wood heater a good option for the colder months.
Stratco have bubble style insulation ATM, its just like your car windscreen sunshades. Silver foiled, bubble inside, 1 side has brown deadening fluff. Bradford polyair unicell $250 25m x 1.5m x 4mm thick It will transform your climate and is dirt cheap imo
@@janeblogs324 Its ok but not as good as foil backed 50mm fibreglass insulation held up with wire mesh. Other problem with the type you described is the joins are held together with foil tape. The glue breaks down in a couple of years leaving the insulation hanging at the joins and exposing the roof sheeting. Told a mate all this less than 5 years ago when he built his shed. He is now pulling the roof sheeting off to insulate it the way I described. Guess who has to help....
I'd use polystyrene if it wasn't a rip off. That fiberglass sounds like it might drop dust overtime, the perfect solution hasn't been found yet. I plan to paint the outside ceramic white this year. My pinkbats don't do enough and sucked to install
I was optimistic when I wrote “cost to get a shed built” into TH-cam but it really didn’t disappoint! Thanks heaps for putting this up here! So much information! Dearly noted mate cheers!
Nice one - I have a 6.1 x 6.1 m shed and I insulated it with InsulBreak 65 and then lined it all with 20mm plywood painted white - that was a game changer (for hanging shit up on the walls etc). Also added a $200 plug in remote electric roller door installed by myself from Bunnings. That was a satisfying upgrade. Cheers
Epic shed, and love the FG parked in the end there. You got an awesome price for all that stuff done, can't get near that in this day and age!! Looks mint man 👌🏼
Great vid mate, i had my neighbours gumtree fall on my shed during a storm 7 months ago, finally insurance came through and work starts Monday. I got a shed through Best Sheds also, 11x4.5x2.7 so very similar to yours. After being without a shed for so long I can’t wait to see it done.
Thanks heaps for this video... I know costs have gone up a bit in the last couple of years since this was made, but this is an excellent starting point for my research into building a similar shed myself.
Great shed. The only thing i would of changed is instead of 2 roller doors i would of only had 1 large one. I did that with mine and it makes it so much easier getting cars in and out without worrying about hitting the center beam between the doors
@@ShenkeGarage great video mate. I appreciate you adding in the real world costs. Was relaxation an easy approval with BCC? Did you need to get your neighbours approval in writing?
Great video and very handy as I'm thinking about getting a shed myself! Good to know the total cost as we all know the shed kit price is just the starting point.
Would be starting to add up now that you are decking the shed out Sam. Looking good, especially with that beast in there. Will second Sam’s comment on drive way into the shed. Was one of the regrets I had when I did mine. Height is a huge thing also, I went 3.6 at the eves as plan on a hoist later down the track, lucky enough to be rural and allowed a higher shed. The extra height allows for good over head storage space also to give more usable floor space.
I agree with always going higher than you think you need to, I’ve just ordered a best sheds garage with 3.6m walls! I want to be able to put a car hoist in and also a caravan down the track.
Cheers mate! ....Awesome overview of your Man Cave ! ...we live in the Redlands and are looking at a 12x6x3 shed/carport combo. I totally agree with ya about the height, and I bet you're certainly kickin' yourself not spending the few extra bucks to go higher... ah well, shit happens mate, at the end of the day, you have a fantastic work/play area, and when you put your driveway slab in front of your shed, you could always consider installing a 3m high raked skillion carport to park a 4x4 etc. Thanks again mate, for the honest informative overview of your shed, cheers !
Not a problem at all. Good luck with your build. The extra height would be very well worth it. I was thinking of extending out the shed and build something higher to put a hoist in. Might be a bit costly as will need to be custom.
Thanks for this, I am going through the start of this process and accurate prices are hard to estimate. Its always amazing how small the cost of the shed kit is in terms of the total cost
Great video! My only regret is not getting a shed when I built my house before the price boom… $16,000 for 8x15 and $13,300 for concrete.. building it myself as the quotes I’ve been getting are up over $12,000….
I just got quoted $33,000 for a 6m x 11.5m x 2.5m shed and that was for the shed a slab and install. You got the deal of a lifetime on your build. I'm down in Victoria so everything is always more expensive here plus add in rampant inflation at the moment. Great video though.
just did the maths... faaaarrrkk... that's about $450/m2 for shed + slab + labour vs Shenke's $230/m2 odd for shed + slab + labour. Looks like i'll be budgeting about $500/m2 for my shed in SA, assuming I do it sooner rather than later.
@@TheKnobCalledTone. The concrete slab wasn't even the expensive bit. Shed kit alone was $17500. I thought they were ripping me off so got another quote and it was about the same. I think the cost of steel has gone through the roof.
I built a 9x15x2.7m shed with concrete floor, 19, 4ft double fluros 15 double, power points 2x20 amp gpos for my mig, 3 phase power under ground supply for a hoist ,i,am a sparky so my electrical was cheap about $1100 but the total cost was about $14500 back in 2004 and i also regret not going high enough should have gone to 3.3 m high so a hoist could raise higher with a car on it.
Wow I just had a 6x12 shed kit half carport and half enclosed shed with extended eaves priced at $18,000 from the same company. Don't know how one pays $5,500. Other quotes were around the 19,000 mark. Shit a bloody 3x3 garden shed is over 1 grand. Seems like you have a digit missing bro.
Thanks for your video and effort to put it on! It is really helpful to me. Can you please recommend a good shed builder and concreter? I also live in Brisbane and have tried to find them out last several weeks but it is quite challenged. Thanks! 😀
This is very useful, thank you. I'm working towards building a home art/video studio would these sheds be appropriate? Can we install sound insulation along the walls?
@Shenke Garage. Mate really love this video. the explanation is pretty brilliant. come to the point. I am planning to build a light industrial shed. size would be 10m x 20m x 4 or 5m high. Did you put piers for the shed or were the pillars just bolted down on the slab? I am definitely going to need piers. I will need two roller doors motorised ones and one PA door. what do you reckon how much width of roller doors are enough? Did they provide you plans and an engineering diagram for the shed? Because I am gonna need it for the Development Application approval (Live in NSW). What are your shed slab's thickness and the concrete's strength (PSI or MPa)? Will plan to insulate the ceiling and walls with Aircell insulation. there are a lot of things I need to ask but I will go bit by bit. Just read all the comments and Cheers to all the lads who shared their experiences while building their own sheds.
Hey Mate sorry for the late reply. You order the kit through best sheds and they can give you a list of prefered installers. They will then sort out everything for you
Preferably lay the slab on top of the ground if you've got a bit of fall on your site, avoid digging in, will end up with flooding problems.Def go 2.7 and insulate the roof at least at build.Nothing better than sitting in an insulated shed in front of the Coonara with a beer on a wet Melbourne day🍻
@@ShenkeGarage cheers mate. I’ll check them out, have been trying too look for a garage with a mezzanine so I can convert it into a 2nd home/office. If you do anything more to yours will definitely be following closely. Keep it up bro.

Just bought a 9m x 7m shed from best sheds. Paid a lot more than you did due to steel prices! What company installed the shed for you? I’ve been quoted almost double!
Enjoyed your video. Would you say the 6 LEDs is enough light? I'm in the process of building my 10.5 x 7. Thinking 8 lights as I've got a bit more volume with 3m eaves.
Hey Mate. I think 6 is enough for my shed but yes if going any bigger than I would recommend 8 for sure. I also think it would be worth while adding LED light strips near your work bench to lighten up the area better.
Hi mate, thanks for the informative video. Curious to see if you think 6 metres wide is deep enough for your car. I’m thinking when I build mine I’m thinking putting a bench on the back wall to where the cars drive into and for making it easier to walk around when the cars are parked inside. Thinking 7metres might help that but just wanted you 2 cents
Hey Mate. 6 Meters is fine once a car is parked in. There is room to walk in front and behind. If you plan on putting in a bench then it will be tight. If you have the room and funds to go 7 meters then I would definitely go 7 for sure. I am looking at extending my shed soon so it makes sense to go as big as you can.
It was maybe a couple of months wait after the concrete was installed. I was told at a minimum you need a month for the concrete to set before building on it.
Really good mate, I am in Brisbane too and want a shed around the same size as yours. I am thinking of Insulation though in Brissy heat, what was your throughts on that?
No one ever mentions having to get a soil test done. Did you get one?? I have bought a second hand titan 6x6 shed as the prices so high , yet here in north brisbane 4017, soil tests are a big portion at ,$600+ GST., +Slab, labour, elect, shed ,insulation, council fees, private certifier fees. Maybe looking a the white card to build myself. Piece of piss to take down. Lol
You got the shed at the right time. July 2021, here in Cairns, for a 9x6 shed with 3m walls being priced $31000. That doesn't include extra for slight slope to land (150mm), conc pump truck and electrical. Might have to move to Bris. Are you happy with the 6m width? or would you recommend 7m width?
Hey Mate by the sounds of it I got it done at a good time indeed. I think the 6m width is fine. Obviously 7m would be better. If you can fit it then go 7 for sure.
@@ShenkeGarage I have bit the bullet and ordered the shed....9mx6m with 3m wall height. 2 roller doors and PA door between. Hopefully going up Oct depending on weather here in Cairns. Keep up the great videos. Back in the day I had a HQ ute....wish I had it now. Also drove a fb work ute when apprentice
Hey Mate. I would go as high as you possibly can. It may depend also on council restrictions and also the company that make the shed kits. I would say anything over 3m should be ok. Also depends how high the hoist can go.
One tip, don't forget to get your home insurance adjusted to accommodate for the shed :) Another tip, don't attempt to build yourself, its damn hard work... :)
thanks for the cost break down, im in Logan and we are thinking about chucking up a good sized shed, probably 12x 9 roughly, but have no idea of the costs. the main thing i was worried about was concrete as we have minimal access to our backyard, so knowing the rough pump cost etc means no surprises I've used your cost as a guide and added 5k to it to use as a rough idea of what to expect at minimum, if it comes in cheaper I'll be happy lol
Glad the cost breakdown helps with yours. 12 x 9 is a very decent shed. Good stuff. One thing is make sure you go as high as you can and I would also reccommend insulate the roof at the same time as installing it. A whirly bird works well but can always install that later on.
Thanks mate, great video. The price breakdown is very helpful to get an idea of what we’re up for when thinking about getting a shed. Just curious would a 100mm 32 mpa concrete slab enough?

You are right. I wish I insulated the roof when getting it installed.
Stratco have bubble style insulation ATM, its just like your car windscreen sunshades. Silver foiled, bubble inside, 1 side has brown deadening fluff.
Bradford polyair unicell
$250 25m x 1.5m x 4mm thick
It will transform your climate and is dirt cheap imo
@@janeblogs324 Yes it does. The perfect solution is freezer panels. But too expensive for most.
Thanks for taking the time to do a detailed cost break down, it makes a good starting point for planning my build.
Glad it was helpful!
I was optimistic when I wrote “cost to get a shed built” into TH-cam but it really didn’t disappoint! Thanks heaps for putting this up here! So much information! Dearly noted mate cheers!
Not a drama at all. Hope it gives you a good price range on what to expect.
Awesome video and I never knew about the relaxation part of the permit..thanks for sharing
Cheers
Great video - for a bloke who also lives in Brisbane and is about the get a shed built! Thanks.
Epic shed, and love the FG parked in the end there. You got an awesome price for all that stuff done, can't get near that in this day and age!! Looks mint man 👌🏼
Thank you so much for the information it really help for planning and working out our budget before building our shed
No dramas at all mate. Prices most likely have gone up a lot since I made this video
Thanks Mate and sorry about your shed getting damaged. Good luck with getting back into it and getting busy :)
Thanks heaps for this video... I know costs have gone up a bit in the last couple of years since this was made, but this is an excellent starting point for my research into building a similar shed myself.
No dramas at all. Glad the video helped
Great video, exactly what I needed to see. Thanks
Don’t know your climate there but here in Vic having at least the ceiling insulated stops dew dripping off the rafters in colder months. Great vid. 👍
Don't get much condensation in Brisbane but the insulation would be good for summer.
Great shed. The only thing i would of changed is instead of 2 roller doors i would of only had 1 large one. I did that with mine and it makes it so much easier getting cars in and out without worrying about hitting the center beam between the doors
That would be handy actually. The shed came as I kit so unsure if they could modify the design to suit that. Im sure its possible.
Glad the video can help
Thanks mate. Well presented and love the regrets! Thanks
No problem 👍
Great video mate, really good information and the pinned comment helped as well. Cheers lads 🍻
Thanks Mate. Glad the video helped
Great video, nicely explained, loved it.
Gday mate
Great work and very informative , esp the 2.7 rule and the pricing is a gr8 guide
Cheers
No dramas at all mate. Glad it helped
Thanks Carl. Honestly wish I went higher...
Some useful information here. Looking to have a shed not too dissimilar from yours. Definitely will go that extra height. Good stuff!
Glad it was helpful! Yep cant go wrong at all going higher Mate
Thanks, helpful. Cheers Martin, as well
No worries. Glad it helped
Great vid, i am going to build a shed in the not too distant future. What you have done in this vid will be a great help, cheers
Not a problem. Glad it has helped
nice video. I am thinking of getting a 3m awning as well
I agree with always going higher than you think you need to, I’ve just ordered a best sheds garage with 3.6m walls! I want to be able to put a car hoist in and also a caravan down the track.
A hoist would be so handy. I wish I went higher to be able to put in a hoist
There is a company at rocklea that sells foam insulation to put in the roof and walls, cut to size.
Ok thanks for the heads up. Have been seriously thinking of insulating the roof
Great shed mate👍,looks terrific deffently something I would like to go for in a shed, top clip mate.
Thanks Mate
I'm getting a 6 × 13 metre shed in South Australia
WOW 😮
The prices have gone up a lot in the last two years since you've made this video
Insulation would be a must for me
Really appreciate this video man. It helped me decide to go with the same company.
Glad the video helped Mate
Thanks for this, I am going through the start of this process and accurate prices are hard to estimate. Its always amazing how small the cost of the shed kit is in terms of the total cost
Absolutely. I thought after looking at the shed kit it would be well under 15K. A lot of unexpected costs that add up.
Great informative video, thanks for taking the time to make it!
Great video! My only regret is not getting a shed when I built my house before the price boom… $16,000 for 8x15 and $13,300 for concrete.. building it myself as the quotes I’ve been getting are up over $12,000….
Great video mate - helps me plan my build, cheers.
Glad to help
great video man thank you for all the insights planning my 6x6 shed and this really helps me see clearly what needs done now
No dramas at all Mate. This was built about 1.5 years ago now so prices have sky rocketed since then.
I just got quoted $33,000 for a 6m x 11.5m x 2.5m shed and that was for the shed a slab and install. You got the deal of a lifetime on your build. I'm down in Victoria so everything is always more expensive here plus add in rampant inflation at the moment. Great video though.
Things are getting bloody expensive unfortunately. Seems like the price has nearly doubled at this point for a shed.
just did the maths... faaaarrrkk... that's about $450/m2 for shed + slab + labour vs Shenke's $230/m2 odd for shed + slab + labour.
I think the cost of steel has gone through the roof.
cool shed, good informative video. cheers
Thanks Mate
Thanks bloke just what I needed to see.
Glad it helped
Killer vid mate. Very helpful. Cheers
hi Shenke love your work well done mate
Thanks Heaps Mate
Hey Mate no digit missing. That is what I paid for the shed kit. This was pre covid but it was 5.5k for the kit at that time.
Great video thank you!!! Super helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Very nice video. Exactly what I was after
Good run down, thanks.
3 years on mate, how's the garage going is the panels holding up ok? Good size workshop, you wish you added insulation too on those hot days 👍👍
Great video! Get an asphalt drive mate, would look awesome
And less costs involved as don’t have to pump in asphalt
THanks Mate. Its worth looking into for sure
This was a great video, thanks for taking the time to make it. How would you go trying to insulate the shed and installing an aircon !?
How does the process work does best sheds organise everything for you. Example concrete slab and shed install etc??? Thanks
Hey Mate sorry for the late reply. You order the kit through best sheds and they can give you a list of prefered installers. They will then sort out everything for you
Very useful vid. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Thx mate, helpful and informative, and I must say $21k all up is pretty good I think.
Thanks Mate. I dont think you could build it for 21K anymore in todays market unfortunately. This was just before covid
whom did you use for installation?
Great info enjoyed..................................... Liked
Glad you enjoyed it
Reckon you could fit 2 sedans and a standard sized pool table (7 or 8ft)?
Absolutely. Room for a couch too
@@ShenkeGarage Thanks mate!
Preferably lay the slab on top of the ground if you've got a bit of fall on your site, avoid digging in, will end up with flooding problems.Def go 2.7 and insulate the roof at least at build.Nothing better than sitting in an insulated shed in front of the Coonara with a beer on a wet Melbourne day🍻
Thanks for the tips Mate
Very useful video, thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Great vid mate. Liking the contrast in colours. What colour walls and doors did you go with? Ta
Stormwater connection?
Paint over your orange conduit going into the shed... it's not sun rated
Hey mate, i'm in Brisbane - do you mind advising who did the shed build and concreting? Would be interested if you could send me some details. Thanks
Hey Mate I used a company called shed homes in Brissy. They done everything from concrete to building the shed.
@@ShenkeGarage cheers mate. I’ll check them out, have been trying too look for a garage with a mezzanine so I can convert it into a 2nd home/office. If you do anything more to yours will definitely be following closely. Keep it up bro.
@@EverydaK9Academy No dramas. Good idea going a mezzanine. Extra space is always handy. I been thinking of extending my shed and doing a few extra upgrades in between building a car.
I'm about to start 10.5x 14.5 barn shed
Good luck with it Mate
@@ShenkeGarage thanks mate I need it
Just bought a 9m x 7m shed from best sheds. Paid a lot more than you did due to steel prices! What company installed the shed for you? I’ve been quoted almost double!
Hey mate the company was called shed homes Australia. Mine was built pre covid so I'm sure all building costs have gone through the roof since then
Enjoyed your video.
Great Video mate, I've been looking at doing something similar but for a smaller shed. Did you need council approval because it was over 10 squares?
Thanks you
Hi mate, thanks for the informative video.
Thanks for the reply. We’re you happy with the build quality of the material and the finish product? Did you go with shed homes at kallangur?
how long after you had laid concrete did they install the garage? after watching yours I opted to go for 3.4 eaves to allow for hoist.
Yeah mate I would absolutely go insulation. I stuffed up by not getting it installed when I built the shed
Got a mid rise hoist delivered and in garage now waiting to go to the shed. Also got a unimig viper 185 welder and having fun with that. Will have to build some work benches similar to yours. Keep up the great videos. Back in the day I had a HQ ute....wish I had it now. Also drove a fb work ute when apprentice
Hey mate, being in a city, is there a limit to how high your shed can be? Say you wanted to have a car hoist? cheers
G'day Sam, how tall do you reckon someone should go if wanting to install a 2 post lift?
Hey Mate. I would go as high as you possibly can. It may depend also on council restrictions and also the company that make the shed kits. I would say anything over 3m should be ok. Also depends how high the hoist can go.
One tip, don't forget to get your home insurance adjusted to accommodate for the shed :)
Another tip, don't attempt to build yourself, its damn hard work... :)
Haha no way I would build it. Would rather just pay someone and they could easily do it faster than just me.
Nice job mate 👍🏻
Thank you! Cheers!
thanks for the cost break down, im in Logan and we are thinking about chucking up a good sized shed, probably 12x 9 roughly, but have no idea of the costs.
the main thing i was worried about was concrete as we have minimal access to our backyard, so knowing the rough pump cost etc means no surprises
I've used your cost as a guide and added 5k to it to use as a rough idea of what to expect at minimum, if it comes in cheaper I'll be happy lol
Glad the cost breakdown helps with yours. 12 x 9 is a very decent shed. Good stuff. One thing is make sure you go as high as you can and I would also reccommend insulate the roof at the same time as installing it. A whirly bird works well but can always install that later on.
That was a really cheap build. You did well.
Cheers Mate. Pre covid prices haha
Thanks mate, great video. The price breakdown is very helpful to get an idea of what we’re up for when thinking about getting a shed. Just curious would a 100mm 32 mpa concrete slab enough?
Thankyou. Glad it can help. As far as the concrete im not really too sure as I had a shed builder organize the concrete for me.
The extra cost of going with 40mpa is not that much extra, so worth it.
Great vid mate
Thanks man
Hey mate just wondering who put your shed together? I'm going to be building one soon and was needing someone for the build, any chance of getting their contact number? Nice build 👌
Who put ya shed up
That was a great price
What type/brand of shed kit did you use, thanks mate
Hey Mate. The Shed kit is from Best Sheds and its a double garage 10.5 x 6
@@ShenkeGarage Thanks mate
2024 electrical is probably 4k an hour .
You could not of poured the driveway with the garage slab. Have always been seperate pours so you would not of saved anything. Been a concretor most my life. The shed slab is always seperate to the rest. I am in Brissy and I am a car You Tuber. Love to catch up sometime.
Adam
Best shed
Thanks
Daily driver , I bet it's not anymore?? Hope it's wrapped up in bubble wrap haha.
Haha I still drive it unfortunately. Not a bad idea doing that with prices at the moment
Those fees are robbery, they make no sense. You need to pay more if you want to be closer to your property line? Why would that cost more?
Great video mate yeah 2.7 would be a lot better in height you could always put a hoist if you had to other than that great video mate keep up the good work
Agree. I wish I went higher so I could put a hoist in. #regrets
Shed looks good mate!! Did you use "Best Sheds" to put the shed up??
Hey Mate I used a business called Shed Homes. They took care of the whole lot. Submitted to council, do the concrete, shed build etc etc
