Oh wow stunning. The tight spirals are fabulous. What a lovely start to my Sunday morning spending a little time with you and Patrick. Have a great week. 💐❤️
Good Morning, Narakai! ☀️ Thank you so much! I am enjoying this side step into murrini world... it is very satisfying! We are so happy to be part of your Sunday morning….and our Saturday evening! Have a wonderful day, Narakai 💫 Hugs! R & P 😃🌹🌹✨🙏🏽
Pressing the tungsten pick. into the murrinni center really makes the difference. Love it. No better flame working videos for really workable techniques. Thanks.
Hi Vicki! 😃🌹 Thanks so much! I’m glad you enjoyed this one! I have always found this technique so magical. 💫 This is a great beginner technique into making Murrini…and the variations on it are endless! It also looks great pulled out straight. 🤗✨💫 Cheers to you - Robin 🌈✨🌹
Hi Lynn! I have been wanting to incorporate more techniques into each demo, but needed to cover them individually first! Thanks for noticing 😃 Hugs to you, Lynn! - R 🙏🏽🌹✨🌹💫👋🏽
Hello Lepoppet! Honestly, I barely saw the spirals until I added the clear! 😅 I wasn’t even sure they would show up….love that magnification! Thanks so much for your comment! Cheers to you! R - Ps….I’m loving your shorts!! 😍👋🏽✨🌹✨🌹✨🔥
Thank you so much Vicki! 🥰🌹🌹🌹 We appreciate you and are honored by your support! I just ordered some glass yesterday…thanks to you I was able to get some beautiful Dichro strips to share in an upcoming demo! 🤗✨ Big hugs and thanks again! 😃- Robin 🌈💫
It does! It brings those spiral arms together in the middle…..so fascinating to me! Playing with the glass never gets old…🖤🖤🖤🙏🏽✨ Thanks so much for your comment, Gloria. Great hearing from you! Cheers, R😃👋🏽🌹✨🌹🖤
Hi Robyn - once again another awesome bead. Which black & which white have you used in the cane? I’ve got Hades and also a dark transparent charcoal but both are making my effetre white ‘curdle’ which will muck up the spiral.
Hi there, Ginny! Try Effetre Black 064 and White 204. This black does not react! Perfect with the white and all other colors. I only use the Hades & Intense Black when I need a very dense black or when I am looking for interesting reactions between colors. Thanks so much for asking! 🤗 Hope this helps you! Take Care- R 🌹👋🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥
@@scottwoodresearch thank you for that tip. I shall have to get some. I remember now that I got the Hades to get some groovy things going on with Ivory. I should have remembered 😄
Thanks for all your tutorials, I want to make all the beads your are presenting :) But I'm still waiting for all the things to my studio... Meanwhile I have one question, do you speed up your movements on the videos or is it your natural speed?
Hi Beza! Good question! 😅 I speed these demos x3. I only wish The glass could move that fast! There are times when I will go x2 the speed…usually when the piece takes a shorter amount of time to make. However, there are moments when it is at regular speed and I usually mention it when I do. I have been thinking of putting some demos out that are regular speed…if I do, I will be sure to say! Thanks for your question and sweet comment Beza! Cheers - Robin 💫🌹👋🏽
Hi Robin! I hope you are having a great day! I have a question maybe you can help. I bought Reichenbach Pink Gold color but every time I work with it it turns clear I bought another Reichenbach color and the result is same. I tried adjusting the flame but the result is the same. Do you (or anyone) have any advice? Do you work with Reichenbach sometimes or only Effetre? Thank you
Hello K!✨🌹 as far as I know most Gold Rubys and Pinks have to be struck in the flame. I have never used the Reichenbach gold pink. Usually if the color turns clear, it needs to be cooled and gently heated again to bring the color out. However, I do recall getting some gold pink that I just never wanted to become pink! 😖 The best one I have found is a Effetre gold ruby…. very easy to get the color to come out… I hope you give it a try. Gold pinks and ruby are so expensive and I hope this little bit of info helps. I also hope somebody else reads this, and has some more information for you!🤗✨ if I come across any more information I will let you know! Thanks so much for your inquiry! Cheers- Robin 🌹

Lovely as usual. The layers of the background really adds to the bead. Thanks for sharing.

Very fun! The clear glass on top looks like it magnifies the spirals. Wonderful!

This is cool. Poking them really makes the spiral. Right?
