Robin I usually don't like flower beads but putting the the green stringer swirling in background really gives it sophistication. Your colors are sublime. Will try today.
Hello Vicki! 😃🌹 It took me a while before I got into floral design… but I figured I needed to know how to do it so that I could teach others that were interested. These 3 dot flowers were the easiest for me to figure out and I really appreciated their simplicity. I also noticed when I was selling my work that the flower pendants always attracted a lot of buyers. 🤗✨ I’m excited for you to try!!🌹

Tried the flowers today will see when I open kiln tomorrow. One thing I realize I don't like encasing. I know you are the master. The bead today felt like a golf ball after I finished and mandrel was probably too thin for it. Will see. I have learned more from your wonderful videos than any classes over the years. @vickicubeiro9298 Hi Vicki! 😃🌹 I’m so glad you tried this one! My first encasement experience was a disaster and I didn’t try it again for a long time… but I got more interested in elements floating in the glass so I kept trying. One thing that helped was having the bead much cooler when adding the clear. I was always encasing glass that was a bit too hot and it would smear the pattern. ….so frustrating!! 😅 and getting used to a larger amount of glass on the mandrel too time as well.
