Was this propane sphere built to ASME or API code? What is the type and thickness of coating? What condition is the coating? How old? What kind of climate and location? What kind of fire protection system is in place? All these and more are factors and variables in what importance to the situation a holiday in a coating .
I don't have enough hair on my head to compete with Bob Ross, though I hope my marker could make happy little trees....or at least something less like an accident.

How severe we could consider this hollidays? Is the evaluation assessment shown in api 579?
I would consider the extent severe or extreme in example, however ANY holiday or failure in a coating needs corrective action to be affective. MrEric.
