Telling ya whenever your feeling froggy try out the "cold pre-stretch" method, it'll make your life easier and eliminate overstreching/fingering
Joe Butta lol yeah cold pre stretch doesn’t always work for me on this type of mirror. Like I said if this bothers someone then I’m not the wrapper for them and they are more than welcome to go somewhere else who can one piece it.

Running without it wont kill you just makes the car wobble more. You can get shorter and adjustable end links to keep the sway bar.
Yeah I was just trying to avoid paying $100 for those upgraded ones for now lol
I dont wrap things but it looks like you could use and old Nintendo cartridge cleaner to press down inside the mirror housing. Just a thin, stiff, inch or so wide piece of plastic with a felt type wrap at the end of it so it slides for around the mirror itself.

Thanks very much, I wrapped my MR2 spyder and turned out pretty good for first time but the mirrors have been hella tough. I'm going to try that strip on the front edge. The edge of the strip on the visible part of the mirror just blends in? That's the only part I'm a little confused about.

get some new ones first, you can probably get some adjustable links somewhere to adjust the height.
I’m running no front sway bar on my wrx because I’m rwd and it hits the axle. I have no issues without sway bar and endlinks.
Man I wanted that chrome red so bad for my G. But they were talking 3k for the wrap ALONE!! You make it look so easy!!🤣👀👀 I ended up going with another red..

I’ve wrapped whole hoods, chrome deletes, interiors, but damn the mirrors on my 07 Camry are impossible to do in 1 piece or even 2. Hardest thing I’ve done so far smh

Not dangerous at all, Sway bar links are the connection between the suspension and body to control the amount of side to side body roll( sway) , just be more cautious with speed bumps dips or in racing applications

You are improving and your techniques are getting better however you MUST invest in better tools. That knife you are using is an absolute joke. At 7:10 you had to get a "running start" to cut that vinyl. Huge no-no. Invest in something like an NT Cartridge knife or an Olfa Red dot. Something with a 30 degree blade. You are using a 60 degree blade. If you use the correct blades and click them off when they get dull and don't overuse the same edge you'll have much better success. I promise. Blades are cheap, destroying hours of work due to dull blades is not. 👍

Dizzy well pre stretch doesn’t work too well for me all the time so on this type of mirror I prefer to do it this way and it works. Like I said if you don’t like how I do it where you can see seams if you look under it then I am not the one for you. People are more than welcome to go to a wrapper that can consistently one piece a mirror. If you make a vid on how to one piece a SW20 mirror I will definitely watch it and try
