I like to grow one dwarf variety a year. This year I'm trying Hahm's Gelb Topftomate. It's staying very short and small. I have it in a hanging basket.
Not within this generation. The fruit will taste the same regardless. Tomatoes are notorious self pollinators. In fact, breeders have to be diligent just to force crosses. There is a little bit more concern on the potato leaf varieties though. Now having said that, during the middle of the season, I will bag blossoms and isolate the blooms I want to save seeds from just to be safe. That way the seed is pure.

Wow, that kind of weather in June?!?! That's our January weather down here in Florida lol. Nice plants
Which are your favourite varieties? Taste, earlyness, production?
They are doing good. Michigan is famous for 50s in June but not so much here in West Virginia.
Yeah, here in Southern Oregon 50's is rare.
Are those 5 gallon buckets?
Yes
Did you ever grow bundaberg rumball tomato?
I have the seeds bu I don't think I grew it
No what is the measurement so I can go buy them
Oh, those are just strips I ripped from 6' fencing boards. They're about 1"x2"x6'
I know this is an older video but are the dwarf tomatoes heirloom or hybrid??
All of the dwarf tomato project varieties (over 100 now) are all open pollinated and will grow true from seed.
What are those stick measurements
They are for tying the plants up
Which were your top 3 for Taste only?
I've grown Baronia twice, very good.
@@marianjunkman9120 Yep. Boronia !!! Growing it now in hydro again. 4 large tomatoes on a 1.5 foot tall plant. LOL. Saving seed from this one.
What’s your opinion on growing tomatoes upside down
Just did a video on them. An update is coming soon. th-cam.com/video/OBPr13ZzKvs/w-d-xo.html
