@@gamerdog5585that's because this video was 300m in 45 seconds around 1:03 or more for 400m but probably slower. 400m sub 60 is a full sprint dont let anyone fool you
@@akanumbers full speed? II was a professional runner and my PB on 400m was 46.05 and 1:46.7 on 800m. Training for 57 seconds is not even close to full speed. And yes, all professional runners that have times similar or better than mine xan run wirh no effort several sprints of 57 seconds in a row , looking exactly like this athlete, almost zero effortt, just with a confortable pace.
Eh. My best may have been 52. The difference is these guys probably did 10 or more of these in a row with 60s rest as an 80% workout. Always gotta understand the perspective. This is maintenance for them.
