    Lovely job. Can I ask, what was the Hypo mix and dwell time? many thanks

      Thanks 👍, using 15% hypo I went 50/50 on this job, but I had to go over it twice to remove all the black spot. Each time I let it dwell for 15 minutes.

    What's a hypo mix? Do you buy it or make it yourself?

    • @PrestigeExternalCleaning
      @PrestigeExternalCleaning  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's sodium hypochlorite mixed with a surfactant to make it foam up

    Awesome job again. What strength ratio do you mix your hypo, water and surfactant. Cheers.

    • @PrestigeExternalCleaning
      @PrestigeExternalCleaning  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Juan, thanks very much. Most of the time I use a 3 or 4 to 1 mix ratio. But on this job I used 50/50. With the surfactant I just judge it by eye, but it's probably around 200-300ml per 25 litres 👍

    What residual weed killer do you find works best for you?

    • @PrestigeExternalCleaning
      @PrestigeExternalCleaning  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I find Paradise works extremely well. Unfortunately though, legally it can only be used on hard surfaces if it's targeted at a permeable area like the joints. 👍

      @PrestigeExternalCleaning  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@AnthonyHitmanFiore I mix with glysophate, to help kill off anything left behind after the pressure washing, then the Paradise stops anything coming back. It says up to six months, but I routinely find it lasts up to twelve. Cracking stuff.

    Voila, another great video found! I must admit, I feel a bit like the odd person out, as I do not do this professionally. Just a residential user, however I take great pride in what I accomplish, one of the many reasons why I so enjoy watching your videos!! Do you use Epsom salts for weed prevention? I have great results with it, just curious. Thank you Nick for all the great videos, you are appreciated and you should have millions of subscribers 😀

      Hi, thanks for your comment, this is more of a demonstration of a service we offer, rather that a "how to" video, but i'm more than happy to share with you what chemical we use. It's sodium hypochlorite - very easy to get hold of if you google it.

      Not when the chemical is dwelling and eating the blackspot, but perfectly safe once it's been thoroughly rinsed down.
