Beautiful and spacious home but what a huge disappointment with the owner's bathroom. This has destroyed the beauty of this house. I'm in the market for a house. The key to me is the owner's bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet above everything else. The kitchen, then the rest. I was excited about this house then was let down big time by the owner's bathroom. What was the builder thinking?

Quality finish. The only thing I hate about this home and others in Africa is the large gap under the front door which allows anything to run inside and cohabitate with
me. Definitely not getting anything like this in the states for that price.

@@joymonalisa9469 actually proper placement of the hinges could correct it without replacing an entire door. It is not only the issue of bugs ,rodents and whatever else that might crawl under there but there is the matter of the elements. You don't want rain flooding inside your home because of a minor detail that was overlooked and then there is your homes cool air not being cool as it could be because all your air is being directed outside through these gaps . But in general these homes are built this way I guess because that is the norm but for me I would need that done with proper sealant.
