Around the 7 minute mark (poor usability of corner slopes)... More generally, far too many constructs/products in our modern world are created by people who *obviously* have never once tried to actually use them for their intended purpose. As a petty, but very real, example: absolutely smooth pepper mills are completely unusable if ones hands are even slightly wet (as they often are in the kitchen). The bag i was given by my employer to carry newspapers for on-foot delivery in has no less than 3 major design issues and which reveal that the person who made it has never delivered newspapers, the manager who signed off on it hasn't either, and it was never offered to such a person for their comments about how well it works for its intended purpose. Petty, but those are just tiny examples of a larger human issue.

The hard to navigate corner slopes coupled by the short time the crosswalk says walk!!! My kids and I are all hyper and we still struggle to cross crosswalks in time!!

16:00 not to be cynic, but... okay, this is cynical: make it profitable for them to do so or little is likely to happen :/.
