    Speaking as someone that works with people dealing with injuries, chronic conditions and de-condiontioned fitness levels, this is an excellent set of topics.
    Learning to Recognize bad habits or actions that aren't conducive to a desired goal or a needed outcome, coupled with a focus and plan towards adherence of a new activity or set of behaviors, is extremely important.
    You present some fantastic insights and considerations here. Very well done. These things are simple, but very difficult to follow and employ consistently without a thoughtful approach. Love it.
