Another one of Abba's underrated songs. Another great lead by Frida is Andante, Andante. And don't forget Fernando and I really like The King has lost his crown. Some nice ones with Frida on lead.
Eagle is amazing considering when it was made, ...emotional..... yet you not done I Wonder....which is another gem with Frida...... always amazed me how well Bjorn managed to write so well in English.
Check out Frida's solo stuff, particularly her Swedish language songs... You realize she was overqualified for so many of ABBA's wall of sound, sing-songy type songs.

Oh yeah !!! Know you're not too hot on 'Eagle' yourself but Wow, for many of us this song is a part of a superlative Side One on the original ABBA vinyl album. 'Eagle', 'Take A Chance On Me', 'One Man One Woman' and 'The Name Of The Game'. Brilliant.
The Bee Gees are different though, they are brothers, so there's that close family harmony. ABBA create a certain alchemy through both the music and voices, by performance and production. Benny could play the piano so that added another musical input.
Hey mate - thanks for listening to Abba - this song was recorded in 1977 - their music still sounds amazing - wasn’t released as a single - maybe they planned to ? As there is a film clip - sending u kindness from the land of Oz 🇦🇺 - wear a mask 😷 and stay safe man 👍
Thanks for the comment dude. I've always wanted to go to Australia. I'll get there eventually. Ya there music is pretty timeless. Like I feel like I could go over to a friends house and totally listen to this music.
Hey, I love your ABBA reactions and I can say I was surprised when I saw you react to this song. It was never released as a single but the whole "The Album" was great. Another great song on the album i'm sure you would like is "Move On". Please check it out. Oh, and Love your hair!!
I think you read lyrics from some other song, but you did go onto talk about the lyrics to this song. Good to hear you liked this one - an honest review as always.

Hey, Jabriel! If you would like to check out more ABBA songs that showcase Frida's vocals you can also check I Wonder (Departure). The album version is beautiful but if you check the live version is even better. Also, you can check Andante, Andante, When All Is Said and Done, Cassandra, The King Has Lost His Crown, I Have a Dream. Also why not checking some of her solo stuff? Her biggest hit I Know There's Something Going On, Tell Me It's Over, Baby Don't You Cry No More, Here We'll Stay, Shine, Twist the Dark, etc.
Thanks for the ABBA. You should do "Anni-Frid Lyngstad & Arturo Sandoval - Andante, Andante" from 2018. I know it's not ABBA but it is an ABBA (Frida sang it) song. She's still amazing.
Hey, @Jaybriel, you must do Hole In Your Soul! Immediately! And be aware - use LIVE version and take a breath!! th-cam.com/video/ZM6T3QzcWhY/w-d-xo.html
@@tootsie5052 dont agree with that, they are both fabulous!! ABBA is most of all a studio group. This song they did really well live (just as I am a marionette)
It wasn't a single so that alone will mean it won't be that famous. My Love My Life is musically a bit more interesting for me but this song is pleasant in its relatively simple line.
I’m surprised you are still reacting to A8BA .. as you are always borderline hateful to them. I actually taking a chance on watching this .. I often just stop watching your “reactions” maybe I’ll get lucky this time and subscribe.

Their best, my favorite.
When Frida sings you always hear clear and beautiful lyrics, and the most professional voice in the group. Wonderful Frida...Absolutely adore her!!!!
For me, this has long been the ultimate "Why-on-earth-wasn't-it-a-single?" ABBA song. The harmonies on the chorus are incredible!
I agree with you since the minute one I listened to that song I was hooked for the rest of my life
Absolutely - it’s a great song 🎵
So is the choir in the second verse. Absurd!
Frida's voice is as amazingly beautiful as her beautiful face. She never ever let's us down. She is class, talent, and beauty personified.
Frida shinning. Fact.
