My man. Thank you for the compliment. Are we reappropriating “what a chad” to be cool now 😂 Got a bunch of these little sleeping pokes before I started the vids. Squirtle is mine but I have to get my kids’ permission to use the others. 😂 Golduck Gang rise up!
I'm a new player and found your video very interesting! I'm looking forward to the New Year event as even though you said not to spread out my search too much for various Pokemon to catch, I still want to nab all of my favourites that are showing up!
Make sure you have ideal ingredients on Monday morning when starting the next week. If you can kinda make the top dish of each type 3x on Monday, you’ll have an insane start of the week.
It can take a lot of preparation, depending on how much work you’re willing to put into it. You can simply do all dishes x3 and save these ingredients, but you can also check which Pokémon you’ll use next week and save less of these ingredients and more of the other ones. Another strategy is to figure out the number of ingredients you need the most, and save more of those (oil is in all salads, for example). You need far less corn in each meal compared to soybeans, so you can save less of these. On the contrary, you can focus on the rarer ones such as large leeks and eggs. And you can check which ingredients are easy to farm and just skip those if they are not in the top dishes (I have an absolute top golem with potatoes, so I don’t take any to next week). For each week I try to do something like this: 60 large leek 69 mushroom 25 eggs 0 potato 70 apples 27 herb 28 bean sausage 10 milk 17 honey 110 oil 20 ginger 70 tomato 25 cacao 0 slowpoke tail 98 soybeans 60 corn 56 coffee Bonus tip: make sure your bonus Pikachu only has ingredients in his inventory before the start of the week.
Hmmm. Definitely got me thinking! Because I run well-rounded ingredient teams, I'm wondering if I start targeting charge strength Pokemon? I have the seeds to spend and I like to jump around islands a lot - which is why I'm thinking they might be better than Berry Pokemon for me. P.S Will you ever make a discord server?
As the founding member of the Golduck Gang, I have no regrets. (Anytime you see GG and people are talking about this game it definitely means Golduck Gang.) As far as a discord goes… I have considered it, but in need to learn more about discord to be in charge of one. 😅
I have finally got a good ingredients team with Mons at 30 due to Christmas week. Healer is good too. I think I'm now officially a mid-game player! What is next to work on? Specific berry mons? Even better ingredient mons? I want to get to Master 10+ and beyond at each island (doing your trick and staying on Cyan beach for now)
Congrats, what an awesome accomplishment! Probably what I would suggest next is figuring out “what do I have (of any specialty) that’s worth taking to 50 & 60?” Then figuring out what gaps you’d like to fill from there. For the reasons laid out in the video, I like Charge Strength skill specialists and ingredient specialists for this consideration over berry specialists, but I might be biased because I only have have good but not great berry specialists.
@ my next level is going to be better ingredient specialists and a better healer- I might even have to start all over for some of them as I started leveling them up bf I really knew what I was doing. Looks like charge strength is a more valuable skill to get up to that Master 10+ level and then onward to Master 15+. Looks like 4 Sudowoodo and a healer could be another ultimate combo (Sudowoodo is such a sneaky Mon)
This was recorded before the new year event was announced.
Hope you found the video interesting!
"They say fortune favors the bold, but in Pokemon Sleep, NOTHING favors the bold"
Such a fire, and true line
To boldly not go where no pokemon has gone before
I can’t believe i just found out what the word meta means even thought that word exists in my vocabulary for years now 😂
Originally it meant like “game within” or “game beyond” (the game) but this is what people have started saying more recently. 😅
same 🫠
You are always giving info in the most practical way, easy to digest and pleasant to hear. What a chad

Golduck Gang rise up!
My holiday prep was ruined when I made a 1 ingredient meal to get the energy and forgot I was also stacking Glaceon skill triggers 😅.
Oh man, bummer! I did the same prep and kept actively reminding myself not to cook when I logged in every time 😅 I was so nervous I would do this!

Gotta catch em all!! Go get em! Good luck!
8:48 Gigachu would like to have a word...
Listen not everyone has a top 5 berry meta mon 😅
My ideal playstyle is that I don't know how to play this game.
Admitting that you have a problem is the first step to resolving it. 😂

A little preparation and a little luck go a long way! Great tip!

@@henryto2176 any of Golduck, ampharos, Espeon, and/or Sudowoodo with the gold seeds invested and a good set of subskills is awesome 😅
