      Why am I not able to place an order? I have been trying to place orders for about two months and the site app will not allow me to place any order yet. Am I doing something wrong??

    There was this occasion I needed to get my credit card activated and was put through to a representative who spoke my language as a second language. There was a moment he began explaning to me what to do but I couldn't quite understand it and I wanted him to back up and do it again, but he keeps talking and I had to speak over him and then he went like 'You don't talk now'. I suppose he meant 'Can I just finish my explanation' but totally butchered it. I was annoyed and felt like hanging up.

    I still remember when I was customer support (Chinese channel), I accidentally received a call in English, I was very excited to hope that I could perform good, but I also didn't understand what he says well, when I said " *Can* you repeat it ", he just hung up.
