      Thank you for watching. I would highly recommend this set if you can. The pull-plow was a huge upgrade this year. Snowblowing up to garage doors would leave a pretty big pile of snow that needed to be moved by hand. The pull-plow almost completely eliminates that.

      @@stealthmowed5042 that pull plow is the icing on the cake makes it a complete setup

      As a mechanic who has worked on dozens of these kubota a side by sides this setup is great for a homeowner or a farmer but not for commercial use they do not hold up well the shift cables and the way they are setup certain areas are prone to fail spend your money on a nice tractor with snowblower and back blade and then you will have something reliable

      @@lwnmwr1361 thanks Joe! What would you recommend? Everyone doing residential around here is john deere tractors mainly.

      I mean kubota a has a lot of great machines their tractors are great their engines are great so are yanmar so John deer is good however we see a lot if them having engine leaks oil and coolant mainly from water pump housings but kubotas are great if you are looking for a side by side specifically the Polaris ranger commercial pro is a great unit and is very simple to maintain and operate as far as tractors go kubota makes great tractors and you would have years of worry free use with one and for the price you can get a much nicer tractor that can do many more applications than an RTV

    What is the back blade you are using. It appears to have sides, which would be fantastic for back dragging.

      It is a Daniels pull-plow. They make them in 60" and 72". This is the only brand I found light enough for behind my RTV. I did have to beef up the receiver hitch as the plow was to heavy and bent it. Below is a link to the plow. Thanks for commenting.

    do you think asphalt milling driveway would be ok with this setup? some 'rock size' in my drive can maybe vary to like fist size at most

    • @stealthmowed5042
      @stealthmowed5042  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It should work. It has a flat skid plate for a cutting edge so it does not pick up as much rock as my ventrac does with an aggressive angled cutting edge. If it does pick up rock just adjust the skid plates on the side so the cutting edge is off the ground. Thank you for watching and for the question!! 🍻

    It never ceases to amaze me how people buy machines that weren't made to do a job then spend more money to make the inferior machine do what they want. Just buy a truck with a plow on the front, it's the right machine for the job and it will cost less!

    • @stealthmowed5042
      @stealthmowed5042  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I agree, a truck with a plow would be faster and cheaper. One of my selling points is that we use snowblowers on all our residential driveways. Because of this a truck and plow would not be an option for me. A truck, trailer and tractor would be, however that setup would be slower, more expensive and harder on my employee. But the real reason I went with this setup is that the RTV is a toy in the summer that pays for itself twice over again every winter. That's a win, win if you ask me!! :) thank you for watching and for the comment!!

    • @leadnsteel1428
      @leadnsteel1428 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah that would be better but if the snow piles get too high you can't push it anywhere with a plow

      @stealthmowed5042  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Lol The snowblower does not process the snow as fast as I want to go. So I use it kind of like a plow at times. That's why I turned in front of the garage, to push the snow into the grass. I should probably go slower... but time is money!! Thank you for watching and for the comment!!
