- Ketchikan once again didn't disappoint! From the amazing weather, a wonderful trolly tour with Northern Tours, totems, a waterfall, a great local distillery and shopping at Woodlands, our favorite store in Alaska, it's hard to imagine how this day could have been any better!
Once back on the ship we hung out with friends, ate sushi, laughed for hours, enjoyed a beautiful sunset, and finished our day with duck fart shots at a bar on board!

We were in Ketchikan last summer on a Disney cruise. We went to the totem park and also to Woodlands. The only difference was that it was raining, but we enjoyed anyway.
My favorite port of call in Alaska. Such a beautiful port. We went to Woodlands and purchased a few things. Can't wait to return next year

Love Woodlands. I saved all my shopping budget to spend there. Spring wasn’t there when I got in port but the gal working was super helpful and kind. The shirts are SOoo soft. And I love that they aren’t the cheap $10 touristy tshirts. Brought several home but hubby stole a couple so I need to order more for me. Lol. Another great video.

We bought a “Get Lost in the Right Direction” in blue when we were there a couple weeks ago, went specifically based off of your recommendation! We were also pleasantly surprised to learn they run a bit big, since our size was out we were able to size down. Looks like you all had a great day! ❤️

Woodlands looks awesome! I would walk in there and not have a clue what shirt to but because I’d want them all!! Also, totally loved the trolley tour and would totally look at something like that if I ever make it to Alaska one day. Hope the headache was short lived for Sherri.

I went on a NCL Alaskan cruise in May! Ketchikan was such a great town! Sadly with my excursions, I didn’t get much time to walk around or visit your friends store which was a bummer!

You both are so cute! We were up there week of 5/13-5/20 on NCL and had perfect weather! Not a cloud in the sky and upper 60s low 70s every day.
That’s typical Alaska, you never know what to get! Pack for rain and get sun, pack for sun and get rain, back for both and get snow. 😂😂😂

@@LeggLife We just returned yesterday from 16 day trip. Loved the Grand; the weather could not have been better. The service was exceptional. the food and entertainment was quite good. The land portion of tour was great also; only regret is we didn't see the top of Denali....until flying home. She was above the clouds. Thought of you all while in Anchorage. We took a trolley tour and our guide, Donna was phenomenal. Anyhoo, I've loved all your vlogs. They really helped make a wonderful trip even better

Visited Woodlands when I was in Ketchikan. The designs were nice, however, the prices were much too high for me. Even higher than you would expect from a quality locally made product. Thanks for the Alaska insight and the videos.

We didn’t pay anything in cash, it was all on card. Sorry! I do remember that on a previous trip to Vancouver we exchanged our money for Canadian and used that
You didn’t ask me but as a Canadian… they will happily take US money for tips. If you’re shopping they will take us $ BUT your exchange will be less then if you exchange it at a bank. 💕🇨🇦

At least you saved postage on the woodlands products. What are the T-shirts made of and where are they made? I try to buy cotton T-shirts where possible. I don’t think that it’s fair that people are paid so little for their work and or use children
I definitely saved on postage! As far as where the shirts are made, I would reach out to woodlands and ask, I don’t know the answer to that. However, I know a lot of their stuff is printed on Bella+Canvas products and they are ethically and sustainably made with a sweatshop-free approach
