There is a YT channel of a Canadian dog groomer, called "Girl with the Dogs." She's groomed a few huskies, Malamutes, Shepard's etc, that sing the songs of their people. It keeps my 2 Aussie mix doggo's looking for the owner's of the howls. She is so patient and kind with all the Dogs and a few cats.

That's a misconception. They're not similar to wolves in much. The H&K channel has Harvey (husky) and Kane (wolfdog with dog in-name-only) and the different is striking. Huskies are just their own beast, sleek and neat and lovely 😍
Wolves have denser bones denser muscle will ALWAYS weigh more than Key... We dumbed down the wolf genome hard via animal husbandry. They may look similar but they're not.

Jodie, get yourself a sprayer attachment for the bath. They make ones that can easily be pulled on and off. We have one in our shower/bath combo so bathing our Dachshund isn't such a hassle.
I thought he handled it very well. I could see him thinking about making a run for it but he didn't. It shows me how much he trust you. I have owned many dogs in the past, all little, and they absolutely hated baths. Key is a very good boy. 🙂👍

Was waiting for this video. He is just as awkward poor bby trying to get into the tub as before. It reminded me of the vid where you rinsed him outside, and he did an intense tapdance routine when you washed his paws. On the whole a very well behaved husky he is.
@K'eyush The Stunt Dog I think potentially to get their own smell on them? I'm not 100% but it just feels like what my lab is doing after being in the water. Always has to get the smell on me too 🤣

Huskies are so dramatic when they need to be cleaned! Especially my husky, he always gets skittish when we have to wash mud off him sometimes since he prefers cleaning his paws and fur himself. :)

Key is actually way better at bathing than my husky 😄👍🏼. I finally had to get the professionals Lol. Kidding aside, Key always looks so fresh and clean, the way you take good care of him 💙
All you really have to do is brush them. They really keep their selves clean. When I do bath mine I take him to the vet for it. No way would either of my huskys would tolerate it from me. Huskys don't have that dog smell. I love that.

I’m a germaphobe, so I was a little grossed out when I saw the video title. Then I remembered that you are careful to brush him and wipe him down as needed. And that dogs aren’t supposed to bathe like we are. 😂 He’s well cared for. ❤️

Yeah I keep him clean, but soap is rarely needed for that, the oils stop dirt from sticking and he doesn't smell :)
