the problem not all people can switch to diet just like that. when you switch to diet, some people become more cravings for more foods. I think its like doing sport without warming up. perhaps its better just simply reducing your food portion day by day before doing complete diet. but whatever wwy you choose always stay healthy, especially at time like this 😘

Wow! I saw the previous video on my feed first, and this, seeing you really brightened up my day and life! Time really flies. I hadn't watched in a while. We're close in age, and now I'm kind of at a similar place; trying to look for a job, feelings all over the place, and thinking that my dreams will never come true. I had plans to travel before all this craziness happened. But after seeing you and your video again, it already gave me some strength and happiness to keep trying. Thank-you!

I think all babies are like that. My niece currently is also in that phase. They will just put anything they hold into their mouth. Perhaps they exploring shapes, colour, and textures by tasting it. Haha
