The #1 thing to know is that there is a known vibration problem at highways speeds for which they have no solution. Dealer and Lincoln Engineering acknowledge. DO NOT buy

AGREE Very noticeable at 70 MPH. Service had it for 3 weeks, tried everything I could get them to do. I think the adaptive suspension does not work. You see no information on the system in the owners manual. How do you know there is a system??

I don’t like the slapped on iPad. I will like to speak with the engineers about what were they thinking when they put that slapped on, big iPad looking screen in it. I’m sorry but the interior in the front is horrendous😔.

We own a 2020 and we love the interior design. Especially compared to the tired and weak design options in the cadillac/GM options.
