    Humans are overfishing the oceans, causing the sharks to get more and more aggressive. The human and the shark hunting in the same place at the same time.

    A big thing is the increase in people feeding them. All these tourist places have shark feeding dives or "shows" or just dumping leftovers off docks or boats. Sharks have already shown to be been shown to be conditioned just like dogs or other animals to associate certain things with food so if they have received food from a being in a swimsuit or dive suit a number of times they may get used to a waving hand in the water meaning food and go for it even if there is no treat.

    • @nessunodorme3888
      @nessunodorme3888 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      Absolutely, I agree, these shark feeding shows encourage sharks to associate people with food at the same time no reason to fear us either. This kind of learning doesn't require anything like the intelligenceof dog! Paramecia, single celled animals, respond the same way.
      The infamous Sharm al Sheikh attacks on Russian tourists seem connected to this kind of idiotic (human) behavior.

      As a biologist, I can tell you that sharks will eat anything they can. Just like any other hungry wild predator. People like project emotion onto wild animals. They also like to say that “we’re the problem” I’m a attempt to trick your mind into thinking humans control the situation.

That's not right either. The animal should be respected for the wild animal it is.

    Sharks are curious. They have to be. Its how they have survived millions of years. ANYTHING in, on or around the water could be food. How does the shark find out? An investigative munch does the trick. Is the item nice and fat? Worth the fight? Tasty? Let's find out!
    Thank God the shark sanctuary is there. All over the world sharks are being killed for their fins. The shark is caught, pulled aboard, the fins hacked off, the fish is kicked off the boat to die.

    Makes you wonder, if a shark is wrong this often how do they stay alive?

    • @Wild_Wonders_animals
      @Wild_Wonders_animals 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      It's important to clarify that sharks are not "wrong" in their natural behaviors and instincts. Sharks are highly adapted predators that have survived and thrived in their respective ecosystems for millions of years due to their unique characteristics and behaviors. However, when it comes to interactions with humans and human activities, there can be misunderstandings and misconceptions about sharks.
      The idea that sharks are "wrong" or a threat to humans is largely a result of fear and sensationalized portrayals in the media. While there are shark species that can potentially pose a threat to humans, shark attacks on humans are relatively rare, and most shark species are not dangerous to people.
      Sharks are successful in their natural environment because they are well-adapted for their roles in marine ecosystems. Some reasons for their survival include:
      1. Apex Predators: Sharks are often at the top of the food chain in their ecosystems, which means they have fewer natural predators.
      2. Evolutionary Adaptations: Sharks have evolved over millions of years, developing unique features like sharp teeth, keen senses, and powerful swimming abilities to help them hunt and survive.
      3. Efficient Predators: Sharks are efficient hunters, capable of detecting prey from a distance through electrical and chemical senses. Their streamlined bodies and powerful tails allow them to swim quickly and catch prey.
      4. Wide Distribution: Sharks are found in various ocean environments worldwide, from coastal waters to the open ocean, which allows them to access a wide range of prey.
      5. Reproductive Strategies: Many shark species have relatively low reproductive rates, which means they invest a lot of care into their offspring, increasing the chances of survival for their young.
      It's important to emphasize that sharks play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of marine ecosystems. They help regulate the populations of prey species and contribute to the overall health of the oceans.
      While human-shark interactions can sometimes result in negative outcomes, it's essential to understand and respect these creatures and take measures to reduce potential conflicts between sharks and people. Conservation efforts and responsible practices, such as shark conservation, marine protected areas, and responsible tourism, can help protect both sharks and human interests in the ocean.

    As far as Kate goes, if she had tried to move they would blame her for looking like a struggling seal or something. She wasnt complacent, she did exactly what ppl are taught to do when there is a shark.. dont splash around or move your feet to look like fish. And a nurse shark too... just weird

      You can check ISAF, the international shark attack files! They are online. It goes back to the 18xxs and you can search by country.

      Florida has sharks, gators, and crocs. Why I live here I have no idea 😂😂….Australia also has kangaroos, massive spiders, venomous snakes, etc. Y’all are a different breed 😂

      First time one came near me in the ocean though I nearly pooped myself as I saw the dark shape and thought shark. 😂 I ran from the cute sea cow.

    When camping you are told not to feed the wild animals what makes people think the ocean is any different.

    If sharks wanted to eat humans they would do so but since they just bite and left that only means the humans were in the wrong place in the wrong time. and explaining that took 44 minutes lol

    Lesson here, kiddos, is that human odor stanks😮. The more people in the water😮 , the more chemical odor, then it is mere chance of whom gets attacked.

    What's going on with the Asian billionaire/scientist that created a megladon? He wanted a shark over 100 feet but never reached that size but said to have reached 60 feet!
