Another British Comedy guys! First time watching Catherine Tate Show- Nan in hospital. Very hilarious, i cant believe how angry nan was lol. i havent seen anything by Catherine Tate, would be lovely to watch more from her as she was very angry in this one lol.

Have looked after ladies like this for years, one old dear said to my friend who had lost weight. Nah you aint lost weight your still bleeding huge but my friend just laughed. Watch nan and her sister junie

The accent is definitely Cockney. Google ‘cockney rhyming slang’ if you want a laugh. I think it’s a South London cockney rather than East London coz of the way she says ‘facking liberty’ - swapping the ‘u’ for an ‘a’ is very south London.
