It has been five years since i stopped putting make up,, wearing trouser,, putting artificial this and God has been helping me......
God convincted me no piercings, makeup, hair dye, wrinkle creams. It was uncomfortable to be normal looking but you get use to it! Hell is not worth the vanity of this world!

Even though this message is a year old, just stubble in it. I must your saying the truth! I have thrown away my jewelleries, fake hair no makeup, wear comfortable cloths that don't reveal my body, but I still wear roll on and perfume not all the time, maybe if am going out.
And by the way you look beautiful naturally. This is how we should look, and not all this fake things made by man to destroy our body, God be praise.

thank u sis! i like using a mixture of honey, brown sugar, olive oil, & lemon in the rising to keep my lips moisturized. if i need something quick i just use some olive oil. lmk if you have any recommendations as well!
Shea butter on the face makes your face glow ...to wear makeup is not needed ...

Moisturizing the body with body creams does not fall under vanity. However we have to be careful with the creams we use so we do not put chemicals on our skin. Natural products like coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, anything natural

I've been on a personal journey and have stopped wearing makeup/dyeing my hair and doing my nails, wearing bras and uncomfortable clothing. I still wear comfortable earrings, and have several body piercings (not belly button). I didn't think it would be on the same playing field because it doesn't hinder my life at all and I just leave the jewelry in. Do you have any resources on how it affects your chakras?

@@peebrain3542 If you have a larger chest you have two very big reasons to wear a bra in public.
I can only speak to my own experience. I support your decision, as long as it makes you more comfortable physically, not less. And as long as you are not doing it because you are just concerned about how others perceive you. But then again, fitting in in society is easier than doing something not commonly accepted, so no judgement either way.

That is better than using the synthetic hair, however we must ask ourselves WHY we desire to alter our natural appearance
@@onlynatureknows Word! I had cut my hair and had in mind to wear it short until I saw a video about women wearing short hair. I had already gotten rid of all my synthetic hair extentions so I resorted to wool so I can grow out my hair faster. Now that it's a bit grown, my next hair braid would be without the wool.
I also saw a video where dying our hair is a sin, even if we dye it to our natural color, black, its still a sin. And this came when I had used the last of my black hair dye bottle😍 Isn't God good? He waited with patience so I don't have to throw away my money yet at the same time letting me know that no more of the nonsense on my hair. I got tears in my eyes typing this 😢 God's Love is so patient and extremely kind 💙💙

Certain simple things like body lotions have chemicals and alcohols inside that shouldn’t be on our skin. Theres so many natural moisturizers, everything we put on top of our skin absorbed into the body 💚
