5 High Protein Breakfast Ideas

  • It's so easy to eat carbs and fat, but if you are trying to increase your protein intake you will find it's slightly difficult. Starting your day off with a high protein breakfast may be the way to go. Here are my 5 favorite go to breakfasts when I want to get a lot of protein in!
    Mini Egg White Quiches:
    4 eggs
    650 grams egg whites
    2 slices of bacon (I would recommend more but I ran out)
    104 grams of gruyere swiss cheese mixture
    Makes 12 quiches, each quiche is 94 Calories, 4.9 gram fat & .6 gram carb & 10.5 gram protein
    Pepperoni version:
    601 grams egg whites
    3 eggs
    24 slices pepperoni
    168 grams mozzarella cheese
    12 quiches, 1 serving = 107 calories 5.3 fat & .9 carbs & 11.1 grams protein

      Yeah, it can get a little clumpy if you don't have yogurt mixed in there though. But I don't notice the flavor of that brand at all.
