Southern cooking is such yummy deliciousness. My late grandmother in Mississippi was the BEST cook ever. She taught my mom to cook, too, so mom is also a great cook. I once told mom, between her and Grandma Miller I could never last a day on a diet. LOL. Love me some Dolly. I bet she's an awesome cook, too.
Remember the movie, "City Slickers"? Curly spoke of the one true love in his life. He'd never met her. He never went up and spoke to her. And yet she had completely captured his heart. This is how I feel about Dolly Parton. She captured my heart in the early 80's and I've been completely in love with her ever since.
Worked with Dolly in studio in Nashville and she’s like our royalty, and if you think I’m kidding just meet her sometime. My mom was also a southern cook and if there’s a better food, I’ve never had it.
Oh, how cool is that! I would LOVE to meet Dolly! Her and I are the same height, and I am a vocalist too. She is the most down to earth, sweet and beautiful person. I also luv to cook and eat just like her! She is my bucket list dream! xo
Some of the previous comments state that David isn't a good interviewer, I disagree, this is the best interview that I've ever seen with Dolly. He let's her completely finish her answers . Take a look at when David Letterman interviews her and constantly cuts off her answers...This is a very good interview...RIP David Brenner...
That's not a good interviewer. A good host moves the pace of the interview along to get to all the points they need to get to. Remember, most guests have things to talk about and promote. Also, the host has key questions to get to. They don't have all day and night. They have segments, other guests, commercials, etc. They're not there just to talk. The technique is to just jump right in there and ask the next question if the guest is getting long-winded. Everything is situational though.
Crystal Smith Have you been to both? Do you know that when people heard the man describing Yellowstone they thought he was just making up a story. Not that way with the smokies at all. But in the fall the smokies are beautiful.
He was very respectful. He actually let Dolly speak, didn’t interrupt her and had a conversation with her instead of interviewing her.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Dolly is a musical icon, and they choose to speak about her weight? David Brenner (RIP) was nevera great interviewer.
Yes, small minded people, have small thoughts.

Dollywood is a awesome place, been there, done that.

I hate how the first question they ask is always about her weight
Love her but He’s a dud
Actually Yellowstone is a little prettier than the Smoky mountains but not much.
Sorry but I respectively disagree

I’ve been to both it’s not that ones more beautiful than the other it’s just different types of beauty
@@abbyalexander9222 Yes you’re right.
Love Dolly but the comment about 12 kids of her own at the end... like that is a terrible thing?
She does not have any children.
198x??
1987 I guess, since she says she's 41
too bad she kept losing weight
