Great video sir. One question. When to consider if Direct bilirubin is >15% or not?? I mean if the total bilirubin and Indirect bilirubin is within normal limit then also do we need to assess if direct bilirubin is >15% or not??
Eg.- Total Bilirubin 0.84
Direct bilirubin 0.21
Indirect bilirubin 0.63
Also the pt. had mild increase in ALT,AST and ALP levels. No complaint at the present but has a history of large amount of alcohol consumption in last 4-5 days
