If patient is on 100mcg of throxine and she became pregnant she should take 100mcg daily and additional 100mcg on Monday and Saturday right like 9 doses per week

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism since 6yrs and i m 22 now and tsh is 8.3 ...... i am taking 25mcg thyroxine but last year i could not get periods after taking many medicine so go for ultrasound and found hypoplastic uterus which is not from birth i m sure because of i m getting very normal periods and 6yrs back report is also said that uterus size is normal i don't know what happenings .i m not getting periods without taking medicine which was prescribed by doctor..... please tell something what to do... next even i m not taking medication till 6month.....

9 doses/ week should be continued till end of pregnancy??
In pregnant mother now low dose lt4 given if tsh>2.5 even if other parameters are normal

Sir, please suggest. Patient was started on L-thyroxine at 25mcg and TSH values came under normal range. But on the other hand T4 values increased. Does this need any attention? Please suggest.
His Thyroxine dose should be tappered slowly otherwise she will go into hyperthyroidism
pt is on 75mcg levothyroxine about 4 yrs ..her t4 and t4 levels are normal but tsh level is increased about 19 then what is the dose for her?
