Funny, just bought an interdictor and an extra victory a couple of days ago, due in today. Talk about good timing!

I have been running two vics and a quasar with 100ish points of squadrons lately. Been pretty successful.
I flew against a build very similar to this last night...the Interdictor was exactly as you outlined here, but the two Victories were naked, and there was a Gozanti with a few upgrades; the squadrons were also different (as my brother hasn't been able to get Imperial Squadrons I yet, it was two Decimators, two Defenders, and a Phantom--Whisper, I think), and we did Salvage Run...and I got my arsenal handed to me because I flew the Rebel fleet I had very foolishly.
However, I got him back today, as we both flew Rebels (and a different fleet for me!), I was much more judicious with my strategies, and though both of us lost a lot of ships, I still ended up winning by about 20-30 points or so, which means of the four Armada games I've played, I've finally won one! Hurrah!
Wouldn't mind seeing a batrep video on this build.
People buy victory cause they believe it will assure them victory but what does is a Crabbok build watching these videos is one half to a victory

Just got into armada and can’t wait to try a build like this out.
A way to fix the Interdictor is to reduce it's cost and increase it's gravitational upgrades cost.
I'd look at switching the Lambdas for Defenders og the sassy Phantom. Defenders for some serious punch, and with bomber, Chiraneau makes them speed 3 when engaged. Mobility is everything.
A lot of people have animosity against the Phantom. I love it! The odd chance at scoring 2 hits against a ship, the extra 1 speed move out of engagement, can free them up to move somewhere else in the next squadron phase. Again, mobility.
The fact that you can get 3 victories for $11 a piece off Amazon is insane. People just assume that since they’re from the core set, they aren’t as good as an ISD, but whenever I run a victory with an ISD, if one of them happens to die, the ISD is usually the one to bite it first. They’re a tanky little ball of guns and they can do really well if you give them enough love haha

I made a really cool fleet with an interdictor suppression refit, victory 1 class SD, and Quazar 1, the Quazar had expanded hanger bays and rapid launch bays so I can carry all my squadrons in it, the interdictor has gx-7’s and grav shift reroute, and the Vic 1 has expanded launchers and ordnance experts, as for squadrons I have ig 2000, boba fett, colonel jendon, darth Vader, and bossk which is just enough to fit in a Quazar with expanded hanger bay
Hard to skip out on at $12 interdictor. Good to have a build for it.
Neither could I. Now that I have multiple Interdictors, I suddenly wish there were more ship titles available. The Interdictor title is great, but if I’m running more than one Int, I’d like to have more titles.
I really wish FFG would release a Ship & Squadron Title expansion.
I mean you could set up a list similar to this specifically for hyperspace assault and potentially do a thrawn pincer move
New to armada just got these 2 from amazon, great price. And extra the Nebulon-B for $7.50
interdictor is my favorite ship to use.

I occasionally run a fleet similar to this with a Vic 1 a interdictor suppression and a isd cymoon
Strip the Vic 1 to bare and add rapid launch bay and flight commader drive the Vic 1 straight into the target drop the squads and clean up with the Vic 2
So many possibilities in this game I really need to give this one a try soon.

Interdictor is one of my favorite Imperial ships.
When I saw the price of Vics and Ints on Amazon, I assumed they were mistakes - which I immediately took advantage of! I guess not, because they’ve been on sale for over a week, and I’ve already received my order. I finally have more than one Interdictor and am eager to try out 2 and 3 Int builds.
I also look forward to recreating the Battle of Atollon from Rebels, and the battles from the Thrawn Trilogy.
I like to make sure I have no more squadrons than my total squadron value of the fleet. Just makes it easier as then every ship can command at least a squadron if they need to.
Man States prices for these ships is amazing. Of only FFG could help do this in Europe and this game would start to fly off the shelves. Hardest thing to get the community involved is the entry cost and pricing in comparison to X-wing.

All odd squadron numbers? That kind of breaks your rule of twos for deployment purposes. What order would you recommend for putting your fleet down on the board?

Crabbok, have request to design a fleet using Konstatine and gauntlet fighters. I’ve tried making a viable design but have been unable. Wanted to find a way to use my opponent speeds to pull apart their fleet

Ben Stapley as of right now, they’re still available on the FFG website. The rebel pack has sold out, but the imperials are still in stock. Don’t know how long that will last though.

When are the wave 1 squadrons being re-released?
I was able to get rebel squad pack 1 but not imperial squad pack 1. How would you change this if only having 1 imperial squad pack 2 and a single rogues and villains squad pack?
I really like this build just need to change squadrons around.
Drop the VSD Title, since you won't have bombers, and just go with other squadrons. Maybe some TIEs,

Jason Koier as of right now the Imperial Squad pack is still available from FFG’s website. Rebels are sold out though, so you may want to move quick to get one before they go :)

For a victory I really need a win
This is a nice build but can someone tell me why we need 2 Lambda's instead of 1 ?
You can swap a Lambda for whatever you like, but they give you greater flexibility and much better control over objective tokens when you have two of them. Additionally they have alot of hull which can help keep Valen Rudor alive, and their anti squadron dice aren't half bad either.
