They will never show this africa, very true. What they show here in europe: poverty, dust, violence, corruption, infected people, people to afraid of. They lie all day and night about Africa. It depends which party your president is from. If you are globalist or play by their dictations/demands, they will always say Kenya and Africa is democratic, a good place to live in, they thrive,etc...
But once your government or your president is from right wing, christian, and/or has his own plans and paths he want to lead his country on, Kenya will become undemocratic, tyrannical, unsafe, etc, etc. They push you into huge debts and loans which they know, you will never be able to repay therefore they can use you for their plans. And if you resist, they start to lie about you.
I am Hungarian, i know what i say because they do the same to us now what they have done to you. And i am proud to have kenyan wife.
You have to and you can rise up because i learnt kenyans are talented and smart. You have the strength to survive in spite of so much opposition. Sorry for telling the truth.

Beautiful images. When my German friends go to the Coast and see beat up Ukundu, Mtwapa, Old town, rural Kwale and the Maasai bomas in Narok and Kajiado it is difficult for them to believe that Africans can live in such opulence. The Kenya they will never show in the West.

Great. And when just a little bit of grass is planted along Jogoo Road, and its interchange with Outer Ring Road at Donholm, impatient Eastlandos trample on it, and litter all over. Put up stalls on every sidewalk, and toss garbage over the little islands at "Caltex" making for a most grotesque eyesore! I could go on and on...oh, the pain of having lived in both Westlands and Eastlands!
