Compared to some of its neighbors, Kenya is a relatively peaceful country. It doesn't have social or political unrest. I think that is part of the reason why Kenyans who live abroad return home and invest

Hoping to see a drone video of the real estate around that part of Thika. The last one ulifika blue post bridge. Great stuff! It is always great watching your videos.
@African Traveller, Right next to Thika greens, about 200m, there's a very fine hotel called capulus boutique. They serve really good food. In case you are in town stop by and lunch will be on me.

I think you've overestimated the value. 6.5 billion ksh. is about 65 million dollars. 650 million dollars is 65 billion ksh. No way that golf course cost 65 billion kshs.
*Golf course Estate. Not golf course. I'm assuming it's an entirely built up neighborhood with land costs and Infrastructure costs included. Cannot comment on valuation without all facts in hand but I'm sure the valuation is for the entire estate. Did you consider: 1700 Acres, actual houses, golf resort, golf course, roads, school, water and electricity, plus from the website - retirement village, shopping mall etc etc.
Guys the video showed 10% of the development which is phase 2...Actually phase 1 consist of more than 300+luxurious house each estimated at average 35M...
l dont think that golf course is worth 650 million dollars, maybe 650 million Kenya shillings, our economy cannot support such an expensive golf course.
Golf estate...Golf course is part of it..There is residential areas of phase 1 ,2 and 3...owned by individuals. Its pretty much a gated community.Am a proud owner there.what does government has to do with supporting?? My goodness
Its is possible. I think the land alone is 800 acre..or something like that. Land in Thika is expensive. I see phase 2 alone has 860 plots and such buildings are expensive. Tatu city will consume around $4B when all done.
*Great video, it even has an outro, finally. Now all it needs is an intro, and we are officially branded!!!* Wode said he wanted you to hit 30K subs before he left, but instead you exceed that number? Why don't you listen to instructions? Just the other day, it was 3,000 subs, now it's ten times more. CONGRATS!
