Latif your talent and skill as an instructor knows no bounds. I hope to visit your restaurant someday when I finally visit the UK. Many thanks and praying for your continued success.
Sallam bro - really appreciate and proud you keeping what our fathers and uncle industry alive, and also super impressed that you also have an open kitchen, a really nice layout.
I have been inspired! All of the recipes I have followed have been delicious and restaurant quality. I bought a Kadai pan yesterday to make it look more authentic and I am enjoying my new hobby (George @ Asda - £10!!). Keep doing what you’re doing 😊
Totally amazing as usual. I would love to see how you do the pre cooked bhuna onions that you use in your dishes. Making your lamb garlic and chilli recipe today.
Amazing videos and recipe. I made this today. Could you write the instructioms underneath your videos so most of us copy and paste to save for the future. I had to keep rewinding and stopping the video while cooking. Great videos!
Nice one Latif 😋🙏 🇧🇩 Have noticed recently that since you had a superb meal in a Afghan restaurant, you have been using lots pepper. Colin Reading 🏴

Hello. It kinda sounds you always say «whish me luck» whilst putting anything in the pan, but than again not. What is it you’re saying, and if not english; what does it mean? 😊🙏
Hope this is on the menu too! If we don't go to Stafford in September I will divorce the wife, as she has promised to take me to the restaurant! Am definitely going to make this! Wonderful!
Amazing Lamb biriyani. I am from Hong Kong, can you please tell me whereabout is your restaurant in UK? Would like to visit if I have a chance. Thank you. happy cooking.
Is this mutton - sheep, or mutton - goat? I ask because lamb is from young sheep, mutton is from older sheep, however some cultures call goat meat mutton.
Latif bhai please do easy chicken fulab I want to make for iftar and Eid Inshallah I want my children to taste bengali foods used Pakistani cuisine dad is Pakistani so Bern cooking alot of Pakistani food my family Syleti Busnath
Nice Pulao, wish I was one of the staff....lol. To make a quick staff Pulao, just pre-boil the meat on a slow heat for 1-2 hours , then separate the meat and stock and carry on as you did here. It will save you a lot of time and effort.
An absolute work of art. Compare this with how they feed the staff in McDonald’s! Also, is a good 20 minutes in the oven different to a bad 20 minutes? 😂
