    In fact Fafa I can't love You Less. Your recipes are always on point. I tired this yesterday and my house was a party place everyone loved it. Am now Mpotompoto madam in town. hahaha thanks

    Fafa I have a big problem with all your recipes, the aroma keeps sipping through my computer,which in turns drives me straight to the kitchen,I have to have self-control..so I have to resist your channels{not)..Mouthwatering recipes, Honestly.you're just too good, Thanks

    The Yoruba tribe from Nigeria calls it Asaro. I love the twists n twirls you add to local foods, best of all, your signature laughter...It's killing.😁😉

      @@NdudubyFafa But Fafa do you know something when I was a kid I don’t love now I grown I begin to love ❤️ it. I remember my grandparents used to prepared this our native food a lot at Akyem Akanteng Eastern Region 😅😅😅😅😅.

    I tried it and it was so nice...but I added Koobi and tiko and those salted fishes and there were lots of nkas3e in it which made it quite stressful to swallow in peace...can u please suggest ways I can get rid of that the next time

      Best to boil it separately, de bone it before adding it to the dish😘😘

    Ooh l hv miss this food mpotompoto also known nuhu .mpihu .apemsiwonkwan.nywama it has soo many names it depends the tribe u are in Ghana.

      Cynthia Larbi Truly depends on what tribe you claim and upbringing... I grew up calling it mpihu... my favorite was with coco yam, n lots of pepper and zomi.

      @@OmendsFavor my dialect we call is nyuma or nywama l remember my first menstruation they cooked this food for me with yam and boil eggs l ate with all my ladies friends.
