I always liked the look and feel of 379’s & 389’s. When Peterbilt ended the line I thought that’s it for the “cool looking trucks”. Don’t get me wrong there’s something about a 379 with drop visor. But the 500 line up seem SOOOOO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE!!! Looks are nice but that truck is home for days at a time. I’d rather the extra room. But yeah we watch for you not the truck. Plus, The “cooking with Mike” segments helps me stay away from the junk food. Lol

I used to get hung up in local parades and the town fireworks in the town I work out of. One of my friends who was raised in NJ right outside of NYC eventually moved to a place a hour west/ southwest of Atlanta and has told me that Atlanta makes northern NJ and NYC look tame! Glad you got home and now just enjoy being a father and husband. God bless and safe travels
Exit 201 on 75 is a great place to sleep going to Atlanta... i call it truck town ... there is like 6 or 7 truck stops there .... there are 2 pilot flying js there
I notice that looked like a state route that the parade was on. Here in Georgia, you can't use any state own or maintain roadway for any purpose other than traffic and if the fire dept or police shut it down for any length of time it must be called in to D.O.T.
