Definitely needs to have an independent inspector look it over for foundation, plumbing, electrical , mold, and termites. Many things are "hidden" at a casual walk through. Nice size rooms downstairs. But renovation costs are always more than you think they will be. I agree with offering $75000 IF everything mentioned above checks out, and then figure in another $75000 for any work you will need to have done.
To have the house renovated these days would cost more than what you purchase it for. My brother had to renovate 1 bathroom it has a sink, toilet, floor and walls. There was a lot of water damage the toilet was old he hired people he knew. Cost was 15,000 dollars. Insurance paid it thank the Lord Jesus 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I truly hope you find better for you and your family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜 Wait upon the Lord for all his blessings!
Wow! $90,000 for that fixer upper unfinished home! I wld love that huge kitchen though. The long bedroom you cld build a closet at one end. You guys shld move to Iowa.😃 The small town I live in you cld buy a beautiful finished 3 bedroom home for less then that. Hope u find something better soon for a good price! Best of luck!
we bought a house in Athens, TX for way less than that and did all the work we were allowed to do ourselves so all is redone and it is worth well over $120,000 right now. so they are out there you just have to check.
That would be a big fat NOPE for me!! Y’all can do way better than that!! Looks like a complete tear down and new home built on that big lot. To much to fix it up...good luck y’all ❤️❤️❤️
If you like it go for it. I like it to a point. Yes good bones. But lots of work to get it liveable. Sit down and write out the pros and cons of the house. Bring your kids over and listen to them. It is kind of a small lot for your dogs and chickens and ducks. How will your neighbors like your mini farm? There are many variables to think of. I do concur with everyone about the cost of the home. Look at the tax assessment for the last few years and see what the assessment is. Look and see if there are tax breaks for disabled folks. Just really assess your options. Look into a HUD house loan. That will help maybe. Love you guys and hope the best for you!!!💗💗
Looks like foundation is right on ground , check for bugs . It's going take that much or more take over two hundred thousand to fix , mold . I'd stay in it to build one beside it . Try to get it cheaper
I knew it! lol As soon as yall walked in I saw the whitish colored crack running along the floor to that other doorway into the kitchen maybe, in the concrete floor that is. Which means what caused that crack is that there wasn't a 'footer' poured just for the house to set on. Meaning they poured a slab of concrete and then built the house on that slab instead of a footer, lol, and caused that crack in the concrete to happen. Worthless house if you ask me, now.
This house needs work, but once you have needed inspections done, then you can make them a fair offer on the property. One thing I like is the fact that you can fix it up to how you want it, and the gutting work has already been done. You also need to have a good look around the property. It looks like a good deal to offer them around 80 thousand dollars. Have a great day my friends ❤️🙂⚘️.
My humble opinion is that y'all really need to live out in the country side, because y'all your dogs would benefit from it, because y'all would have a garden and of course course the wonderful fresh air ! Good luck, Y'all 🙏❤
I'd want an independant inspection of the electrical, plumbing etc. Mold too where y'all are at. The reno budget will double the cost of the house if anything's wrong. And you can bet something's wrong.
Hello Everyone! I would offer $75K and get help with all closing costs. It looks like they ran out of money so you need to factor that into your budget if you can put in the actual labor. That is really great acreage. Keep in mind that the housing sector is way OVERPRICED! I wish you and family the best.
It's alright from the outside but once you get in..there's so less space in the bedrooms and the ceiling is so low. It looks.like.a.cave in structure. The upstairs. The lower part is OK but for that amount, I guess it's too much.
Start low and get into a bit of a bidding war. Don't go over 75,000. The bones look good although there is at least one bathroom gut and the hole in the wall. The set up is great!! You still have enough room for your chickens and ducks. Nice shop. With it bare bones you can make it what you want.
It’s one of the better houses you have looked at. It would have to be gutted out. Toilet downstairs could turn that into a bedroom with ensuite. If you and your family could do the work and get it for the right price, you could make it a nice home.
I would offer $78,000 they pay closing. The smell your smelling I would use Kilz on all walls and ceilings and the floors to kill the odor. It kinda looked like there was marble floors when you first came in, I would give a good cleaning with baking soda and vinegar to kill any odor on them as well. I myself I think would tear out the kitchen cabinets because they are going to hold odor as well. Then I would next get one of the bathrooms to working order and then you could live in it as you rebuild. It’s going to take a lot of hard work and money to this house back into kitchen. Good luck on your house hunting.
Good Morning..That seems a wee bit high,by 50,000. I know prices are high, but it's going to cost that much to fix it.I really don't know anymore what people are thinking,or if it's just plain greed. How much is land there,or have you considered another area? You have a few fur babies,so you need to think of that as well. How much are modular homes,& property..just empty lot..you know? To much I guess. Is the house on a concrete slab ? It looks kind of small, but nice yard. I would keep looking,or offer less.🤔🙏💞
$100'00 would get us a mobile home in a mobile park. Then you would have to pay for the lot rent that will be around $500.00 a month and pay for the mobile home. To buy a house that needs fixed up is around $200.000. I remember when I lived in Texas in the 80's my ex husband and I bought a house for $10.000.Stay safe and God bless😊
As far as prices goes, it all depends on how handy you are, if you know the foundation is good for sure and can do the work yourself, it seems good to me, I would look in the attic, make sure there’s no mold up there, you definitely don’t want that! Good luck!
Large kitchen eating are and counter space . Lovely cabinets . Oh noo sliders replace with french doors and 3 pane windows either side of french doors. nice size rooms downstairs, unfinished drywall is easily skim coated . a lot of work to be done in it to make it liveable . Stale air scent can be conquered easy .
They probably covered up leaking roof with new paint and drywall but I would bet it still leaks . Probably need a new metal roof . They are pretty reasonable on mobile homes we got a new one for 5,000 our trailer is 80x14 good luck to u all finding something . Do u have to move trailer or does it stay on property .
I've never seen a kitchen like this but it would cost more than 90t to fix it and make liveable. We had a staircase similar and couldn't get a mattress up it I hated it. Get yourself a good home inspector. These places once you start pulling them apart you open many cans of worms so cost adds up quickly.. Good Luck
I’m just an old woman, don’t know a lot about houses. It does seem structurally sound. lots of drywall and installation to be done. May have to replace the windows that’s gonna cost you. I think it has a lot of potential, if you have the money to slowly fix it up and live in it. I’ve been praying that you could guys could get a home of your own. We’ll see how it goes.
If it passes inspection an offer of #75K is appropriate. Yall find so many things curb surfing you could save a ton. Almost every house will need something done as long as you stay in a particular price range. Its a huge decision, dont take it lightly! Best of luck❤
I would demo the whole thing to the studs and reconfigure the rooms and section it off to my liking. A lot of work. As for the electrical and plumbing, you would need to hire someone to do the work to todays codes. $70,000.00
If youre serious about this house i would get it inspected to see how much it would cost to fix it up. It does have land but I figured you wanted more for the animals. It looks to me even if you do the bare minimum it will take at least 65,000-75,000 to fix it. I would start low about 60,000 but id go no farther than 75,000.
I would offer $70,000 because it needs a lot of work. That gives you at least 24,000 to work on it. I'm just saying. In Washington State house like that would go for at least $200,000
OMG, I would run away as fast as you can. There's too much work there, just from what is obvious. Scary...Most of the rooms aren't even finished. Run, run, run....:(
Kimmontgomery54.. haven’t they pulled enough stunts and scams begging for $ thru gofundmes? Let them work if they want a home like everyone else has to!
Just be careful and get someone to inspect you don't want it to get into mold issues and stuff I think that $100,000 is overpriced for all the work that's needed
A definite NO!
Definitely needs to have an independent inspector look it over for foundation, plumbing, electrical , mold, and termites. Many things are "hidden" at a casual walk through. I would keep looking

I would keep looking it needs a lot of work. I know these homes are not cheap anymore but you guys will find one. Have a great day ❤
I think 75,000 would be a good offer on the house!!! It definitely needs a lot of work!!! God Bless Us All!!!
we bought a house in Athens, TX for way less than that and did all the work we were allowed to do ourselves so all is redone and it is worth well over $120,000 right now. so they are out there you just have to check.
check that out for termites,And I would also take out that sliding glass door and put in a regular door and reconfigure the kitchen
That would be a big fat NOPE for me!! Y’all can do way better than that!! Looks like a complete tear down and new home built on that big lot. To much to fix it up...good luck y’all ❤️❤️❤️
I agree. Way too much for that "Dump", sorry.
I would keep looking...I'm sure you can find something more move in ready that needs minor work
I would go no more than $50k it will take that much to renovate it. Inspection then an offer. Good luck 🥰
If you like it go for it. I like it to a point. Yes good bones. But lots of work to get it liveable. Sit down and write out the pros and cons of the house. Bring your kids over and listen to them. I'd offer $45,000 just because off that work. That house is definitely ideal for you
I totally agree. $45,000
2 words....MONEY PIT!
OMG ridiculous!
Hello from Iowa
Run! Far away. Even I love to flip houses but $97, $98, is way to much. You will need another $100, thousand to fix it.
One of the best I've seen you look at yet.
Looks like foundation is right on ground , check for bugs . It's going take that much or more take over two hundred thousand to fix , mold . I'd stay in it to build one beside it . Try to get it cheaper

I wouldn't offer more than $50,000 considering hiow much work it needs
Looks like a great house to reno inside.
Best you have seen . X
Nooooo! Please no!
i offer 60,000 to 75,000 max land alone is worth it , but needs a lot of work , it is not bad at all , but does needs to come to code for Texas
I'd want an independant inspection of the electrical, plumbing etc. Mold too where y'all are at. The reno budget will double the cost of the house if anything's wrong. And you can bet something's wrong.
Keep on looking something will come an it be your idea home
Have you checked Oklahoma? I am buying a 2000 sqft house on .95 acres for $100,000. It is also cheaper for property taxes
Hello Everyone! I would offer $75K and get help with all closing costs. It looks like they ran out of money so you need to factor that into your budget if you can put in the actual labor. That is really great acreage. Keep in mind that the housing sector is way OVERPRICED! I wish you and family the best.
A house that size in that shape we be 500.thousand minimum
The front of that building looks like a old saloon
Better than the last one
Definitely ‼️
It's alright from the outside but once you get in..there's so less space in the bedrooms and the ceiling is so low. It looks.like.a.cave in structure. The upstairs. The lower part is OK but for that amount, I guess it's too much.
You need a 4 bedroom house. Keep looking.
Best house you ever showed on your house hunting adventures
I would offer them 50,000. To really make it livable-you will have to put at least another 40,000 into it. It’s only my opinion.
Start low and get into a bit of a bidding war. Don't go over 75,000. The bones look good although there is at least one bathroom gut and the hole in the wall. The set up is great!! You still have enough room for your chickens and ducks. Nice shop. With it bare bones you can make it what you want.
I would ask 40,000 for it lot of work need to be done
A house like that in that shape would cost about $350,000 in Florida where I live.
It’s one of the better houses you have looked at. It would have to be gutted out. Toilet downstairs could turn that into a bedroom with ensuite. If you and your family could do the work and get it for the right price, you could make it a nice home.
The workshop on ground floor could be renovated and make it a master bath and and master bedroom. That would be great.
Also I would offer no more than $70 or $75,000. Lots of work. I noticed there is no central air and heat. Nice potential but lots of work.
I would offer $78,000 they pay closing. The smell your smelling I would use Kilz on all walls and ceilings and the floors to kill the odor. It kinda looked like there was marble floors when you first came in, I would give a good cleaning with baking soda and vinegar to kill any odor on them as well. Here in San Jose CA where I live that house would be at LEAST $800,000 dollars, easily. So ridiculous
As far as prices goes, it all depends on how handy you are, if you know the foundation is good for sure and can do the work yourself, it seems good to me, I would look in the attic, make sure there’s no mold up there, you definitely don’t want that! Good luck!
Hi. I am watching ufrom South Africa. Enjoing u guys tremendously😊
God bless you guys in your search for a home to buy 🙏
We're also house hunting 🥴🥺😰😭🙏🙏
Large kitchen eating are and counter space . Lovely cabinets . Prices are that way most every where nowadays even here in Arkansas
That would be $300,000 here easily in Southern Ontario Canada
I've never seen a kitchen like this but it would cost more than 90t to fix it and make liveable. We had a staircase similar and couldn't get a mattress up it I hated it. Get yourself a good home inspector.
These places once you start pulling them apart you open many cans of worms so cost adds up quickly.. Good Luck
I wouldn’t offer more than $75,000. Due to all the work y’all will have to put into it
I hope you have cash. I doubt the banks will lone you even 50,000 on that house
Alot of cement. Lot good. Seems small.
Maybe also check with electric Co water and gas to see what the utilities might run. With the concrete floors.
I’m just an old woman, don’t know a lot about houses. It does seem structurally sound. lots of drywall and installation to be done. May have to replace the windows that’s gonna cost you. Floor tiles might have asbestos.
That is really a nice house
All kinds of red flags from the foundation to a new roof
It's a fixer upper, not at that price, you will have to spend lots
You should put a $ button up so we can send donations to you for the best videos! I love you guys! ❤
That’s all they ever done.. ! If they want a home they need to work hard for one like anyone else!
I would demo the whole thing to the studs and reconfigure the rooms and section it off to my liking. A lot of work. As for the electrical and plumbing, you would need to hire someone to do the work to todays codes. $70,000.00
La casa está sin cimientos altos en texas llueve? es hermoso el ambiente exterior .😊 Espero en dios la puedan comprar amigos desde Chile 🇨🇱
If you own the land you’re on you can build a house there are so many options that are as cheap as buying one
I love it beautiful
Too much money for basically a full remodel .
That be a no for me I wouldn’t even walked in 😩
If youre serious about this house i would get it inspected to see how much it would cost to fix it up. It does have land but I figured you wanted more for the animals. It looks to me even if you do the bare minimum it will take at least 65,000-75,000 to fix it. I would start low about 60,000 but id go no farther than 75,000.
That house is not worth 94,000
Not enough land, no room for a garden, chickens, and ducks.
Oh i would offer 70k or 75 but the market will be going down i would waite
I would offer £65k and once it’s done sure it would be worth double that
I would offer $70,000 because it needs a lot of work. That gives you at least 24,000 to work on it. I'm just saying. In Washington State house like that would go for at least $200,000
Wow!
Max I'd offer is $50k bcos of all the work needed
Why can I not watch the last video you have on curbside junkies, it says it is private 😢😢😢
I like it Stacy n Adam id get one story think.bout yall growing old in there getting up n down the steps
Hello big problème 😮
I wouldn't pay more then $10,000.
This one is a nice fixer
the housing market is on the way down..hold out another 6 months to a yr and you will find somthing better,,,good luck 0x0
OMG, I would run away as fast as you can. There's too much work there, just from what is obvious. Scary...Most of the rooms aren't even finished. Run, run, run....:(
Yeah definitely that house is going to be a 100,000 everything is so much money anymore in the wood and material so much money
skip this one for sure
not bad house butbit probley take another $20 to $40 thoundsand to fix it the way you'll want it.
Wow keep looking not for you guys you both deserve better
I'd offer ten bucks.
Are y’all monetized? Like someone else said can you put a donation button on your channel screen? We love you guys!❤❤❤
Kimmontgomery54.. haven’t they pulled enough stunts and scams begging for $ thru gofundmes? Let them work if they want a home like everyone else has to!
ho oui mais beaucoup de travaux il faut faire baisser le prix je croise les doigts pour vous
50 to 75 k there's just to much work to be done.
You need more land!!!
Just be careful and get someone to inspect you don't want it to get into mold issues and stuff I think that $100,000 is overpriced for all the work that's needed
Lot of work to do
I think 90 thousand is a little much for the amount of work that needs to be done
Maybe $50k now
