It was running around and around as fast as it could. All of the adult deer were standing around watching it like they were saying”dude,geez you are making us dizzy”. If you buy the land and there is no house you could always buy a yurt or one of those houses that are a shed and finish the inside. My friend did that and it’s beautiful on the inside. These 2 choices are cheap. What about well & septic? Both are very expensive.

Here there are houses old wooden sold then moved and put back together instead of demolishing costs when they want to build a new house, house movers may have a deal.
