      @FernandoVazquez-jp3uj we see more ADUs being built on existing properties and builders having them as part of larger homes, but I haven't seen any tiny house communities pop up. I assume as affordability continues to be a challenge that builders may get more creative, but right now the lowest prices we are seeing is the $400ks in some of the outskirt surrounding cities of Sacramento CA.

    The only problem is when you try to sell that house in 2-3 years it will be below the market because of the amount of new houses going to be build around.

      @bigusiak most people don't sell major assets in 2-3 years. We've had new homes being built in West Roseville for the past decade & that has not hurt our resale market. Many buyers see advantages to a move in ready reseale with backyard & everything done & normally in a more established part of the community. The new homes also continue to raise their prices every release, helping to increase the value of the resale homes around them.
